I was expecting that at least those that are 975 RP will have a different one. But it seems only the infernal and headhunter are different, while the others have a slight variation of the basic one. :/

The recalls are hopefully in production, like how the Frostblade Irelia was put on PBE without the recall. Akali had BETTER have recalls for all of her 975 and up skins. That's a default for that price point.
They might still be animating them. There have been plenty of times when all of the assets weren't added to the PBE right away.
Even though Infernal and Headhunter have recalls. The recalls are so static and boring that I don't want to buy either one of them anymore. Bloodmoons model doesn't fit the splash too, the sleves are too tight and the dress is too short.
