Continue The Arclight Skin Line Please
It was such an interesting concept, taking champions that were typically viewed as being morally evil or simply morally ambiguous, then gifting them with white robes and gold, and had their abilities look like pure light. It was a complete departure from their base form, and helped create a nice balance between their skins, since "darker" themed champions tend to just get more "darker" themed skins, so this allowed them to have at least one "light" themed skin, both metaphorically and literally.
Also, I, like many others, am kind of just bored with the robot/mechanical skins, which seems like the only skins Riot released this season and last season, not counting special event skins, such as Pool Party.
With Arclight, it steps away from technology, while not delving to deep into magic/mysticism, allowing them to be aesthetically pleasing to a larger audience, rather than skin lines like Elderwood, that really only appeals to those who like nature/spirit themed skins. Also, Justicar skins are apart of the Arclight Universe, with the lore behind it being that Arclight Vel'Koz is a "god" of some sort, who bestows power upon others, who then become Arclight themselves, but sometimes with a sort of twist, similar to the "deal with the devil" trope. Justicars are simply direct servants of Arclight Vel'Koz, who embody an ideal, with Justicar Syndra embodying knowledge, while Justicar Aatrox embodies power.
It's really a shame that LeBlanc is getting a new Program skin, aside from it looking just bloody awful, I feel like an Arclight skin would have better fit her, and have given her a chance for a more "lighter" themed skin, and again, she isn't actually evil, with her whole backstory and theme being about how mysterious and inscrutable she is, leaving her in a morally gray zone.
The candidates I've chosen for Arclight are specifically those who haven't received a skin in awhile, and having a smaller skin pool, as well as being more morally ambiguous.

I can understand the confusion with Shyvana and Draven. While Draven does have a more moderate amount of skins, the biggest complaint I hear from Draven mains, and being a support main myself I have a lot of ADC mains for friends, is that none of his skins, aside from Soul Reaver and Santa, are really worth buying. The rest of his skins, for lack of a better word, just seem cheap, in quality, and overall silly. With Arclight, this would be a chance to give him a nicer skin, as well as one that shows him in a more serious light.
With Shyvana, while yes, she is on the "good side" of the moral spectrum, none of her skins really seem to show that off, with the only skin she has that comes close to showing this off being Super Galaxy. I also hear the same complaints about her that I hear about Draven, her skins just seem cheap, and now worth buying. Shyvana does also possess a certain edge that works well with the Arclight skin line.
Finally, I came up with one candidate for a Justicar skin, that I think we all can agree just needs a new skin in general.

- A golden figure engulfed in white flames; calls down pillars of light from the heavens.
- A paladin justicar in white gold-trimmed armor; a holy knight of the uncorrupted Blessed Isles.
- A priest in white robes and wearing a golden ceremonial mask. He preaches from a holy book of scripture. His ultimate calls down righteous wrath from the heavens. His passive is explained by divine intervention. His E surrounds him in an aura of light.

with a similar color scheme but technically unrelated as the "Bull of Heaven" found in many near-eastern and Mediterranean influenced mythologies.
could be interesting but it might be hard to pull off.
would be good for this skin line. She hasn't received a new skin in a surprisingly long time. Although I think an Elderwood skin might also be interesting on her.
