Yordles Are From Space?
Is the Bandle City ship still canon?
Or does Gnar invalidate that origin?

I'd assume Gnar invalidates any space origins.
They could keep the mothership and have it tied in to Yordle evolution or something, but I dunno.
Always thought the spaceship was dumb as hell so I don't care much if it's gone.
Was it ever clarified that the mothership could actually go to space?I mean it could be a failed prototype.
Gnar's origin could contradict the possibility of yordles being extraterrestrial. I believe it is a still valid connection, though not quite so blatant; the yordles arrived on the Mothership, but they were not the ones who built it.
It's still the possibility that the yordles on the Mothership weren't the first wave of them
Actually, the yordles never had a real connection with the mothership... they just... found it and decided to build their city around it.
