I got the basics of her down my problem mainly comes from the fact that I'm a midlane main secondary support who doesn't really know my matchups in the top lane that well so I don't know when I should be disengaging from certain enemies or when I overestimate/underestimate (mainly this one) the enemy damage. But when I do get ahead I've been able to push that advantage pretty well, but can't say I'm good at playing her when behind.

The best tips I can give for that are pretty general unless we go into specific matchups. But pretty much if you have cd's coming up 1-2 seconds away fighting is pretty good. If you have cd's down then you need to GTFO. Only trade with renekton if he has no fury, otherwise stay away.

Playing riven from behind was probably the most dificult thing I have ever learned (kinda) to do. Because she is such a snowball champ it takes tons of games being behind (because all you offer your team is damage and if your behind you dont have any) to learn your limits and press whatever advantage you can get in order to get back into the game. I was really bad at being behind on riven until about 400 games in. and I still (300 games after that) am not at a place where I feel I am really good at playing her from behind. I would just rather (if I was to play from behind) be playing her then anyone else.

I have every Yasou skin and I'm a support main.

His skins are just too good. Every time I decide to go mid with Yas I genuinely contemplate which skin to use cause they are all great. Project, Demonblade, High-Noon, even his base skin is still cool. And now this.

It feels so unfair to TwistedFate who has so many skins, a lot of them being crap

I also own every Lulu skin, but she's one of my mains lul. She seriously does have some of the best skins in the game. Even if her model isn't the greatest on some, with some also the shield or Q particles not even changing, the polymorph animation is ALWAYS worth it.

during his skin touch up from his last rework pirate ryze is supposed to use his cannon from his back to shoot his Q. They added it as special flair for the legacy skin.

I think the Uncle Ryze legacy flair was some sort of patriotic american themed song that plays when he realm warps.

I still think a cannonball would have been a good fit though...it doesn't do anything different from the Q: it plows into one opponent

so many skins have so much potential, as do many champs, but it goes unadressed.

they could have used a parody of fiddlesticks and had Ryze use a parrot for his E

and I don't know about you, but I think it would be HILARIOUS to see ryze get shot out of a cannon for his new ultimate XD

heck, his W could just be rope

all fair points. but remember that it's a 750/975? legacy skin. meaning it isn't always on sale and it isn't even a higher tier 1350 skin. which means that while it's wasted potential, they just couldnt invest into making the skin worth more than what people paid for just because they could.

Thats why Riot doesnt ever go back and touch up any of the old skins. They cant make them worth more than what people paid for them so at best they can touch up lines and textures before they are done. it may be a wasted thematic, but it's what they've locked themselves into.

well, why not? it would entice newer players(and accounts), it would reward older player that already have the skin, and it would cut back on development issues as well as some of the staleness that some of the skins give

all they really need to do is adjust the prices and skin-shard chances depending upon how much they think the update is worth

I mean, just from what I said, it would be a little bit of work so probably a medium value skin or so?

it doesn't have to be extra snazzy like spiritfire udyr was

adjusting the price is precisely the problem. How fair do you think it would be if everyone who bought Pirate Ryze only paid the 975 RP and got the updated version for free while everyone in the future had to pay 1350?

Riot before they did a mini update on Pulsefire Ezreal said that with Today's standards he meets the 1820 price range much more than the 3250 he is currently sold at. The problem is they can't discount the skin down to 1820 because so many people bought it already in spite of the fact that it really isn't worth the 3k it is sold at when compared to newer skins.

In short Riot refuses to change any skin beyond the scope of their established selling point at any point in time and will never change a price after the fact due to backlash of those whom will claim it unfair for the ones who have/haven't bought the skin yet.

It's not fair for the newer players buying more expensive ryze and its not fair for the older players who paid almost twice as much if they were to adjust prices. The only alternative is an account checking RP compensation, but that's essentially giving away free money consider the RP literally = real life currency. It's just a hassle to great to deal with.

solution? keep the price the same or only one tier higher? Seriously, it's just a gimmick...most skins are a gimmick, but some just seem to have more value to them despite lack of any real visual appeal

take firefighter tristana. Her model is changed(as all skins usually do), but she also shoots tacky gushes of water from her cannon. Her W makes a splash(if I remember right) and she makes various fire-engine like sounds

all of that is very simple, especially compared to a skin that only changes the character model

I only bring this up because it would bring more value to the game by player appeal if they can just make small changes like this here and there

instead we get the popular champions having a new skin like every month or so

I'm more worried that the chaos quest line will require you to win a game with yasuo (read: the most hated and banned champion in the game in normals) on your team.

I don't like blind pick... I don't want to go back to the dark times... maybe this is why the skin is called nightbringer yasuo...
