Will Sion's Hextech Skin Splash Art ever get redone?

I was barely around for Sion's big rework, so I don't remember if his Hextech splash art got redone, but it just looks so outdated and its not very in tune with the ingame model. His right arm is robotic, his hammer is a completely different shape, and there aren't any bolts/screws and glowy lights on his armor like there are in the model.

riot scruffy said that if testing, and feed back goes well for both poppy's and other reworks (i guessing taric's) , they may go back and redo older reworks

no it was not redone its still the old one from 2010

They will get there. It takes time to redo all the splashes.
