What do they mean now that the rift doesnt exist in lore?

Either the artist's way of saying "I did this" or it's meant to be a over simplified representation of Baron's face showing his dominion and control over the rift.

Or idk, just some random mark the guy came up with and he is really proud of it.

It might be a teaser for a new champion?

I mean we had already some cool&unusual teasers(jinx vandalizing vis championpage,vel'koz appearing in random youtube videos(which might be happening again),etc.),so putting a teaser onto the summoners rift isn't that unusual(the question would be if they'd be kept after said champ got released)

The sad thing about this is that it could mean that we won't be getting any info about it until the next patch hits the regular servers and then they might wait even more so that people have time to actually notice these things :/

So on Surrender@20 it said "Bard_Symbol" so i tried Googling it and got a picture of a circle with three lines next to each other and 3 dots above the lines. Not really the same design but the 3 dots had me intrigued.
