Easiest way to find out is to hover your gemstones and see if it's an option?

Well it's a gemstone exclusive, if I understand correctly. So even if he was, you would not be able too. .-.

Correct.. you can still craft using 3 skin shards for a random UNOWNED skin. I own all obtainable skins so as soon as it's available I will then craft it, but I can't tell since I don't have a gemstone

I guess that's one way to do it, but holy moly, how much have you spent on skins?

When I right click on my 2 gemstones it doesn't list crafting him as an option, so I'd imagine he'll be available later on.

Actually, you can get them in multiple ways. They are just Hextech exclusive skins, not gemstone exclusive.

Ways to get Dreadnova Darius, Soulstealer Vanye or Hextech Annie

  1. 10 rare Gemstones
  2. Getting a rare skin shard of the Skin
  3. Re-rolling 3 skin shards into a permanent

Yep I use option 3 all the time I don't want to pay full price for a new skin :)

A lot of it on name changes before you can do it with IP, I've gifted more than 100k RP worth to friends, and skins.
