Lux vs Qiyana Who's the best elementalist?

It's worth noting that I'm asking about who's the best, not the strongest or more experienced, as we know that Lux is a Master elementalist, able to mix her magic to create new elements.

Elementalist Lux

-Doesn't seem to use the environment to boost her elemental magic, she just release it from inside, so these burst are probably made with her internal energy. On the other side she seems to greatly integrate with each element in body and mind, judging by her clothes and personality.

-Her magic doesn't have different effects, they are just what they are, fire magic won't burn, ice magic won't freeze.

-She can mix elements to become something else, but she can't freely switch, when she has decided on one, she has to keep going with it.

-She was a light user at a young age, and its with time and maturity that she developed the skills to further evolve.

VS

Qiyana

-Every element is taken from the environment while also empowering her, seems that this magic takes from the outside, while using a minimal amount of inner energy. On the other side her elemental magic lacks the destructive force of Lux's and Quiyana won't integrate in any way with these elements, being channeled in her weapon.

-Her magic affects the environment itself in different ways.

-She has 3 elements that can be switched on the run. having greater flexibility.

-At her young age, she already handles 3 elements with ease, being able to switch on the fly, so who knows what she can become at Elementalis Lux's age.

Keeping this data in mind, I would like to know who's the best Elementalist in your opinion?

Qiyana. She seems to have the whole naruto sage energy going on where she can pull it from around her. Lux has everything from within. Sure it would seem someone with inner power is good but if you can constantly recharge your abilities just from your surroundings you’re always going to have something to use and not get tapped out from an extended battle.

Different universe ; different rules. Hard to say.

Base Lux is more powerful, but lacks control. Elementalist Lux has the control she needs, so I'd say she wins. Hard to compare different universes though.

Elemtalist lux is not from qiyana's universe, luxana crownward is but she's not supposed to have mastered her magic yet (at least not in her comic)

Lux isn't much of an elementalist in the main canon and elementalist Luxs abilities are limited by base Luxs kit, so her fire doesn't burn because that'd require chaning Luxs base kit for the sake of a skin.

I do think that Elementalist Lux is the better elementalist, because she can harness the power of 10 elements and in the canon of her own skinline she is likely able to switch between the elements more freely than she is in the game.
