Will poppy be getting a login screen?

I was just curious since Sion got one. They said not to get used to having login screens for reworks, but Poppy is the first that's on SIon's level since Sion himself. I'm also curious as we have 2 login screens to get through this patch and we will likely be having a snow down login next patch, which would make the density between different screens very high. As someone who adores Riot's login screens, I'm hoping for one, but can anyone confirm or deny this?
