Lunar Wrath Morgana is not worth 1350 RP

The only particle the really changed was her Q. Everything else was pretty much a recolor.
Barely any new sound effects
No new animations.
Lame recall animation.
No voice filter.

At most this is 975 RP. But even then I wouldn't buy it because she has plenty of great skins.

You do realize this is pre-release, right? Learn some patience and it will get updated. Nothing here is final.

Why should I wait to give feedback until it's released? I kind of want Riot to know my opinion of the skin before it's released so they could update it and fix the known problems.

They haven't even put it out yet. They are still working on it and this is a sneak peek of it before it's even done. Let me give you this example: Do you want me to tell you you failed your test when you are only half way done with it?

Well, if you got every single answer wrong, you did fail the test already and there's no point in completing it. Your time would be better spent trying to catch up on the material.

PBE content is often on there when they are ready for the final test before live. Meaning the skin overall is exactly as we should expect. There have been rare cases where there were missing parts to the skin, and S@20 often notes this.

Sooner they get feedback the better. If they will be updating it with more soon already planned that is fine. But it'd be worse to wait a week to be sure. It gives Riot less time to fix the problem.

I mean pretty much every Morgana skin looks exactly the same as the base skin. I don't know why they still make skins for her.

I don't totally agree or disagree, but I'll say, as someone who really likes Morg for many years now, I just don't care for the skin concept at all more than the skin quality. It's more a bias thing for me and just liking her other skins and really not caring for this theme at all or feeling it fits her.
