If shockblade zed was made today for 975 rp

He would have a lightning effect on his passive His shuriken would have a more pronounced trail with darker shadow effects and brighter electricity effects His w shadow and e would have more lightning effects and his r would be much flashier

This isn't just true for shockblade zed. so many other skins are priced at 975 when they really shouldn't be because their effects are either mediocre or even nonexistent. I know that Riot will probably never revitalize an old skin because there's not much point because people already bought the skin, but think of all the people who be encouraged to buy that skin when it looks newer!
