Doubt it will be Urgot. He will be around patch 7.16 I feel. If anything I'm expecting the Star Guardian stuff to hit in 7.15 as there was that leaked background on PBE not too long ago.
I think its gonna be Pool Party skins first since there's been a lot of stuff about them on PBE. But maybe they're gonna put both of them together? Who knows. Either way if it's gonna be Urgot then we might see a teaser today.
MY thoughts are : Pool party + event in 7.15 so we have 4 weeks between Chaos and Order event and PoolParty event and 2 patches between Kayn and Urgot and the SG skin line is smaller so there is more space for the Urgot skins in 7.16
