The common measurement used in the old lore mediums such as the Journal of Justice and League Judgements was "insert X year" CLE which meant Current League Era most likely. Sort of like AD for our calendar when it comes to years. However, now with the retcon this is no longer applied since there is no League. This is an issue that should be addressed by Riot.
