Are there other stuff coming in the PBE? I think xin's update is in this patch
like the title. i think riot will release the xin update sooner than we thought

It's going pretty well, though needs some balance polish. Would expect to see it sometime in the next 2-3 patches.
in 7.19 there will be many mini reworks for champs, the chance that xin hits it there too is very likely.
7.18 is the patch worlds is played on so there will be no more major additions like Xin, Eve, ect. Xin should be by 7.19/7.20 if all is going well.
