I just unlocked tobogan corki amd well... I was very underwhelming. It looks, feels and sounds so completely outdated. It has 0 new animations. The skin looks worst then the default corki skin.
Is there any hope riot will rework this skin? Or maybe take a look at older skins and perhaps update them.

a bunch of old legendary skins look bad cause well they are old. Demonblade Tryndamere, magnificent twisted fate, gentleman cho gath, Ice toboggan corki, Bloodlord Vladimir, Alien Invader Heimerdinger ect.

Corki is also among higher VGU candidates meaning to expect his rework in the next 2 years.
Magnificent TF is by far the worst Legendary in the game, quite possibly the worst skin in the game.
