I am a bit confused about Shen and Zed relationship

Are they still working together to hunt down Jhin now? Because ever since their new bio updates I have a hard time seeing this as a case. Zed came into Shen’s temple and murdered everyone Shen ever knew and loved. So despite this Shen still wants to work with Zed? Before I could understand Shen wanting to team up with Zed because it was only his father that Zed killed and Shen could see the errors of his father not wanting to kill Jhin but now?
