I hope LeBlanc is the dominant one in their relationship as it is befitting her. Even if it is just as friends I hope LeBlanc has the upper hand

I will upvote you because I know what it feels like to be a shipper.
Other than that, rest assured: Swain and LeBlanc are confirmed to have a connection in the new lore.
I'd rather a playful but respectful rivalry with the odd bit of sexual tension thrown in by LB just to try and mess with him. She'd definitely call him Jerry.
I'd honestly feel disappointed if either of them were "on the bottom", for lack of a better term. They've always struck me more as... allies of convenience. They've known each other for a very long time, naturally, but neither fully trusts the other, for obvious reasons. (LeBlanc lies as a matter of course, Swain is a master tactician).
To shamelessly rip myself off: I always got the impression that each was trying to outwit the other at all times and both were fully aware of it. Like two chessmasters, they enjoy matching wits but both know one of them is going to take the king eventually. Having two clever beings who build their identities on tactics and deceit is ripe for possibilities for development. They'd make jabs at each other, but it'd be clear they respect each other more than any of "those young whippersnappers who don't know how good they got it."
And if she isn't you'll throw a tantrum on these boards because riot doesn't follow your head canon. [sg-ahri-2]
i cant see swain in a relationship and especially letting a woman being the dominant one(nothing sexist here) i see him being devoted only in taking over regions for noxus and gaining power for himself who has time for p*ssy when u can conquer the world?
I personally am not a fan of Swain x LeBlanc. I always had a headcanon that LeBlanc (mind you, she's an immortal evil witch that passes on her mantel to keep herself alive) is more of an adoptive mother figure to Swain, having raised him in order to make him the great leader that Noxus deserves. However, I do think that Evaine (the current body of LeBlanc) would make a nice love interest for Swain, as it would add some perfect tension between LeBlanc and Swain.
I always thought of their relationship as both of them making power plays with each other. Both of them are using each other for their own goals, but they do genuinely love each other. Still, each and every action they do is to further there goals and Swain and LeBlac try to use their relationship to sway events in their favor.

I prefer to think that the cruel and all-seeing lord of Noxus has no close relationships whatsoever, fits more his character and being linked to Leblanc with that kind of connection is probably the worst scenario I can imagine for his character
Actually, I would also enjoy a rivalry between Swain and Gangplank. -Both are experts in psychological warfare and have fair skill in battle tactics. -Both are fairly tough and intelligent -Swain actually has reason to dislike GP (GP stole a Noxian battleship) -And, funnily enough, both are missing a hand. But it's mostly for the 1st and the 3rd point.
My headcannon is always that she fucks with him by either leaving her lingerie-wearing clone in his room or leaves a clone in the bathroom until he starts banging on the door.
Or if they have offices she pops her clone in while she's still driving to work [leblanc-funny]
As it stands 
is the leader of Noxus ,but is also a member of a Dark Cult lead by 
. We know that the Black Rose has their fingers deep in anything that is happening in Noxus,so I could imagine Swain thinking he's in charge and LB appears passive,but in reality he's just her puppet.
Additional,what if it turns out LB is half -Demacian by birth?

LeBlanc is a boring, underdeveloped and generic character. Swain deserves much better than that. In fact, he already has much better than that: he has Beatrice.
