Skin sale "Arcade Hecarim", did I miss it?

Hey guys,

just one short question.

In the sales schedule for this month it was said that Arcade Hecarim would be on sale this month. Even though I couldn't find anything about this skin being on sale I'm a bit scared that I missed this one? Was Arcade Hecarim on sale already or will he be during the next few days?

PS: I was told this might be the better section to ask this, instead of Help&Support
