Add them to the lore.

How cool would it be if Ceecee (Braum's original concept) was Grave's Piltovian gunsmith?

Or what if Taliyah had to fight Deadeye (Jhin's original... man some champions were completely different when they started off.) once she arrived at Shurima?

Having champions meet each other all the time makes the world feel small. So adding a couple new characters in the mix should spice things up bit.

What scrapped champions do you think would make Valoran a more interesting place?

I like the idea but the lore right now is so imcomplete that i think they need to finsih the core champ before adding easter eggs like this

Didn't stop them from creating Rafen, which turned out great. My point is that these characters can function as plot devices and help advance the lore much faster.

But how is adding more characters to the story going to help drive the core of the lore faster? I like your idea, I just think it should be held off on until they've finished the rest. We don't even know why brand, fiddle, nocturne, and a bunch of other champs are even around anymore.

Well say we got an introduction from Omen (another canceled champion) on "The Nightmare realm" the place were Nocturne, Fiddle (maybe even Shaco) and him come from. (This is all me btw, just an example). It would be out of character for those champions to explain their origins, which is why its so hard to update their lore. But through the use of an out of game character their origin gets told.

See how such characters might come in handy?

If there was a nightmare realm, it'd be kind of interesting if fiddle, shaco, nocturne came because they were running from someone.

Can we at least have a diving yordle that does smacking tons of damage. Her having a giant hammer this time makes huge amounts of damage make more sense in fact. I don't want her to be a backline bruiser that can peel. Get rid of that ult, and that random w thing which blocks mobility which makes no sense at all on her and was randomly added to counter mobility in a stupid way.

Overall I think it is a neat idea,though in some cases they might be still able to bring make the character anyway. For example I know that they tried to do Ceecee at least 2 times(She was not only the original Braum-concept,but also the original VI-concept,it looks like they really want to introduce a female mechanic),so they should only use concepts that are 100%-cancelled.

Well that would just seem out of the blue. Introduce her to Valoran first, if people like her then you can make ward skins etc. Could work.

hmmmm ceecee might not have enough unique abilities to fit her theme. because jayce has the transforming weapon down. braum took the shield block. and one of her ability ideas was just a skill shot with some form of CC. which is unoriginal. she just isn't that unique.
