For example, I think cass has great potential with her Siren skin, I think it could have water particles, a better "mermaid" model, recall, and a prettier splash art. Desperada could have sand particles and stuff, her E could be like gunshots. Just wondering... Thanks!

Why isnt Wildfire Zyra a candidate for a small TU? Her current orange colour is a bit distracting since the new Summoners Rift imo
RiotReav33 votesA TU for Zyra takes quite a bit of time as she also has all those plant asset. We have pretty limited art resources for the roster projects and had to choose between only base Zyra or nothing at all. We chose to at least update base Zyra.

Canastus3 votesCassiopeia desperately needs to receive an actual VU, the update from 2014 merely changed her textures and voiceover. Meanwhile all of her assets are still from 2010 (animations, basemodel, ability icons, etc.), the Mage Update needs to address this.
She's also in dire need of a lore update. Her current backgroundstory only conists of 3-4 lines of text, and that's it. There's so much you've yet to do for this champion, not to forget that she hasn't seen a new skin in over 3 years (!).

CornbreadAvenger1 votesCass and Vlad are both good candidates for VU's, and the fact that Riot doesn't even do VU's right now without a gameplay update makes this a missed opportunity IMO.
Maybe they'll get VU's in ~3 years when they get reworked again.
