For example, I think cass has great potential with her Siren skin, I think it could have water particles, a better "mermaid" model, recall, and a prettier splash art. Desperada could have sand particles and stuff, her E could be like gunshots. Just wondering... Thanks!
The mage changes will all be gameplay updates. There'll be some changes to how spell effects, character animations etc look where ability functionality has changed, as with the Marksman changes last year they're not visual updates though.
They have said no. Expect some minor particle effects for updated abilities and such, but no VUs
Cass and Vlad are both good candidates for VU's, and the fact that Riot doesn't even do VU's right now without a gameplay update makes this a missed opportunity IMO.
Maybe they'll get VU's in ~3 years when they get reworked again.
