When are we getting the full new Swain splash?

Like Irelia's and Warwick's, it's been teased but still has yet to be shown in full and official form. Can we expect it any time soon?

Not until they nerf him into the ground and Beatrice is picking at his corpse.
Technically speaking, that IS the full splash, it just hasn't been put into the main game yet as it was only seen in some "side" files initally found on the PBE. Irelia and Warwick on the other hand have only had very small glimpses of their art, we haven't seen a 100% picture of either.
