Future based lore rito pls

I heard something awhile back also about gnar from a rioter saying "when he gets older" he might be able to control his rage and be aware of it because he's not aware he transforms. So in the link above im asking this about all champions.. Will we ever know what happens when they get older will they even get older? Im pretty sure there's been thousands of threads asking the same thing or about champions aging a specific champion being annie.

However I want to know specifically about gnar myself I don't play him much but I love his design and his entire concept.

Are we suppose to just fill in the future ourselves or use what we know and just speculate? Anyways thanks for taking your time to view my thread ^^.
