I believe that someone in the Q&A said something about making Poppy's legacy skins available once she was re-released, does anyone know if this true?

yeah riot released a bundle with her skins Lollipoppy (Legacy) Ragdoll Poppy (Legacy) Blacksmith Poppy (Legacy) Noxus Poppy (Legacy) Battle Regalia Poppy Scarlet Hammer Poppy these are all her skins worth 3899 rp
