Drowning in Zaun

So, Piltover is a coastal sea-side city, quite literally sitting between two oceans, with Zaun directly beneath it, the people of Zaun living in the crags and cliffs below Piltover.

People complain about the Gray, but if I lived in Zaun I'd be more worried about the ocean tide or a monsoon, because one bad storm could possibly lead to the entire city flooding.

Which brings me to another point, they very lowest levels of Zaun are called the Sump, a place that's essentially one giant pool of chemicals and trash from above that have created a hazardous waste of an ocean. Has water completely stopped flowing through Zaun, and if so, how?

I don't think the sump is sea level, at least I don't know for sure, piltover and zaun do take place in the middle of a landbridge between 2 continents that separates 2 oceans (you have already stated this and it is infact canon according to the map.)

But what im not sure about is the elevation of this landbridge.

As far as I know whats possible, either the sump could be above sea level or the entirety of zaun could be below sea level (give or take) because we have such little info on elevation.

At the very least, Urgot resides below the Sump level, so it's likely not sea-level. I should think the lowest levels of Zaun are completely impossible to live in, and that's about where water ends up. Hard to say though.
