Can riot implement this ?

I play league for a long time with a shitty pc, when i play rank and we lose due to a team fight lag it can be really frustrating. Since i play with character quality:low effects quality:very low environment:very low
character inking:on and every thing else is off My character and effects look god awful and i cant appreciate enough the aesthetics and the normal game play, I would love if there was advanced settings were you can choose what character/effects quality you want for your champion, Other champions, Minions and monsters. Since mainly i care about my champion and skins looks i would set "your champion" character and effects to medium/high, For "other champions" i would set it to low/medium and for "minions and monsters" i would set it to very low since i dont care how the minions looks and it will save more performance than if it was for all characters quality:low
