Should Talon be "Gangplank'd"?

A lot of people don't remember why Gangplank got his visual update. It wasn't because his model looked old, on the contrary, his model was much better than most of the older the champions. It was because he looked generic, he looked like a grunt that Captain Jack Sparrow would be kicking off the side of the ship while downing a bottle of whiskey. He looks important now. He looks dangerous, he looks like someone you would have a boss battle with.

Do you believe Talon is in need of the same treatment? If not please explain your reasoning. My personal opinion would be yes, but I think he is a complicated case (Certainly a better case than Gangplank). I think his blade cape is a cool concept, but the rest feels generic and I remember specifically thinking this when I first saw Talon in my early days of League. I think his face is a big weakness, it is literally just "white male", there are zero facial features that stand out. Doesn't help that he has no hair, not bald, but no hair. If you think Talon looks distinct and discernible from other hooded assassins with hand blades, please try to convince me. Let me make this clear, I'm not trying to say that he is in high priority or that his model even looks bad, I'm just asking the question if he should be re-imagined when he is next in line.
