Riot, is the honor ward supposed to, uh... wiggle?

I received the honor ward and went into the Practice Tool to see what it looks like in-game. But when I placed the Stealth Ward and Control Ward, the orb and the leaves were constantly, quickly, wiggling as they stood there.
