[GAMEPLAY] Standing in north river counts as "in combat" with Rift Herald, canceling Red Buff Regen
The red buff, Crest of Cinders, gives a large amount of additional percent max health regeneration when not in combat with certain enemies such as epic level monsters. However, this portion of the buff is being cancelled out and the champion is losing the health regeneration when only standing in the north river and taking no actions.
To recreate:
- Choose any champion.
- Go into the jungle and take-down the Red Brambleback (when able)
- While in possession of the Crest of Cinders buff, walk to the north section of the river
- When you approach the Baron Pit where the Rift Herald is at, the additional health regeneration granted by the buff will be removed
This bug happens consistently as shown below and champion choice has no effect on reproduction. The other epic monsters, Nashor and the Dragon that I tested, do not have this effect and this only occurs when the Herald is present.

Other "out of combat" effects like Mobility Boots are unaffected when the Red Buff is.
