[GAMEPLAY] In-game options menu became ridiculously large after patching

After the current patch went out this morning, the in-game options became far larger. The menu now looks to be larger than it was by a third and is unsightly and unwieldy due to its ridiculous size on the screen.

I was playing League both immediately before and after the patch and this change occurred directly after the patch.
