She is the League version of the Virgin Queen. The parallels are there:

  1. Fiora doesnt want to marry to keep power basically forcing a heir wich wont be undisputed among other royal familys
  2. She has killed many innocent people
  3. She is a horrible person
  4. The world would be a better place if she was born in Noxus (France)

  2. Power in her family is determined by skill with a blade no by gender.

Why is Noxus france? I'd say it's closer to the Roman Empire.

The virgin queen was English. Why would Elizabeth have been better in France? She only rose to prominence because of the turmoil that came from Henry’s reign. She was rather well respected there and helped bring her country to the prominent position of later centuries.
