@Riot Medieval Twitch rumors need squashed

So ever since the new Twitch splash arts have been released and the thread with the vintage watermark came out, I've been a little obsessed with these rumors of Medieval Twitch being made available again in some way. I'm a level 7 Twitch that started playing League after Refer-A-Friend was retired, and would do anything for this skin.

Is there any discussion within Riot about Medieval Twitch and making him available again?

He will not, most of the skins that had requirements above just limited availability dont come back.

I have it, a version after the limited edition and I'm pretty sure it won't be coming out with the release of his updated splashes. They said when they retired the RAF system that the Warwick skin and Twitch Skin may come back in the future in some other way but they haven't given any details on such availability yet.
