Rito SAID that the people who have been ignored are getting skins. You gave Yorik and Singed theirs, then proceed to give a skin to Fiora, Janna, Yi, NIDALLE AND ANNIE who have like 1 million skins already (NO DONT LOOK AT MY PROFILE! NO I DIDNT SPEND 300 DOLLARS ON TRYING TO GET HEXKTECH ANNIE BECAUSE SHES MY FAVORITE CHAMP AND I LOVE THIS FUCKING GALAXY SKIN) ahem ANYWAY I really love Illaoi and i have been waiting for her skin FOREVER..please rito I want my Kraken Preistest to me majestic in a new outfit....

I'm really waiting for a decent shaco skin he has a few but all of them are lackluster and have no particle or voice changing affects they barely look better than the base skin.

Cassi, Viktor, Illaoi and Yorick were all confirmed to have skins within 12 months http://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/2017/05/dev-state-of-skins/ of this post, that was made about 4 months ago, so there's still plenty of time as Viktor and Illaoi are still on that list.
