Seriously I need to know

So, a little back story, I had been banned a little bit back in april? Before that I did have some chat restrictions, but I actually don't remember how long ago it was, but it would def be like..after july of last year for sure, but I don't remember exactly. So of course, coming back to league after my ban, I was bent on being better, which I think I did well at aside from friendly banter here and there. So today, I que up for support for the mission to get a high vision score, figured support would be good and easy for that. So during this game I engaged in some banter, nothing really serious at the beginning. I did say, you know we lost lane, blah blah, but I didn't think so really, as I continued to play and we made some good plays, I even give some positive reinforcement.

So cut to towards the end of the game where it gets much more difficult to win as...no one is going in on my plays, and I said we NEED to kill soraka. I didn't call anyone trash or even curse I dont think. (looking in here I said the n word, but that was in responce to Nocturne asking why i didn't follow up to his play, i was to far and trist and sroaka flashed away, trist also jumped) and at the end of it all I was frustrated that they were blaming me over the game when no one was moving in on the stuns and stuff. This is the FULL chat log, for just ONE game (there is no other games to show here), and ive been permad.

I'm not here to say I didn't deserve the previous ones, I was ten times worse, but this kind of speaking? Even in end game chat they berated me...I don't even consider this berating back other than saying they didn't follow up on anything i did. I never stopped playing, I never gave up, and I had ONE game of this. So I don't know where I submit a ticket, or id even be ok with tantrum coming in and helping me out here, but seriously, no cursing, no calling out players being bad (theres a moment i say this irelia, and thats because she didn't come to baron when pinged several times, nocturne actually said it before me too) and when i said if jinx saw the fight, I was referring to her ulting bot lane and not the jungle fight. So yeah, I'm a little peeved here, as I feel this isn't really a fair ban. Trust, I know the last restrictions/ban i got was 100% my fault and I own up for those, but one game? Of not even crazy antics? because they didn't like that i was upset they didn't follow? i don't understand honestly.

any word that would be automatically censored like this on the boards is an instant 14day or perma. context and intent don't matter. the system immediately punishes with either a 14day or perma for these words.

I hate to say this but yeah you were being toxic... Hopefully you can learn from your mistakes, as most of us do. Honestly, being banned isn’t to big a deal. What I reccomend doing if you decide to make a new account is just leave all chat off and mute anyone that is being toxic. Don’t engage in banter as it’s really difficult to tell if it is really just banter or passive toxicity. You seem like a pretty reasonable person, best of luck and I hope you find some closure.
