I think they will drastically change her design to match more with the current standards & also her sister, there is no way they will end up doing something like this.
This looks almost identical to the normal concept of Morgana, I'd guess there's a 99-100% chance she ends up looking like this.
Honestly he probably doesnt... He makes these sketches and theyre wonderful but it never goes anywhere aside from being on that very paper... Idk what he does at Riot but he draws and throws most sketches away its like nobody is taking him serious for whatever reason...Or maybe he is just powerless to do anything as a matter of fact..
