Im just curious, Because Aatrox is the only known darkin and his lore says he is one of five so are we going to get the the other 4 as well at some point in the game? i mean honestly, Aatrox probably misses his brothers/sisters

Aatrox probably doesn't even know they're alive. It's likely been many, MANY thousands of years since he's seen a living darkin.
I wanna pose a darkin question for ya'll. Three of the five are known to human history, including Aatrox. So what the ever loving sod could those other two possibly be doing with their time?! As much as the remaining two who're known to history is something I wanna see explored, I'm wondering what could be so damn important that would keep these other two from coming in to contact with humans, to the point where they're not even footnotes in the annals of history.

His lore tells of him growing up in his village, but aatrox destroying his family, friends, and his entire tribe while "mortally wounding" tryndamere, but because good ol' tryndie is crazy, he used his fueled rage in order to survive and confront aatrox, who simply slipped away into the shadows (fully aware of what he had done). Tryndamere isn't a Darkin. He goes on rampages across the Freljord in fury, besting all of the best warriors from villages and slaughtering everything in his path. Considering that 's quote from his lore is: "Some fight for honor, some fight for glory. It matters only that you fight," I'd say he's very happy with what 
has become. Hence the, "My greatest creation."

I think its that that makes him invincible when he is about to die. Its that which i think is the Darkin. Aatrox and the two like him were fine involving themselves with humans, while the other two weren't. Potentially they have some goal in mind that some among them think humans could be the key too? And the other two weren't of the mind to use humans, so they tried to find some other means?

Or perhaps by using the bodies and souls of other organisms they could stitch them together to create new darkin, of course that really only applies if their kind is one that physically reproduces, in which case they as individuals lack the biological diversity as five to sustain a new population, even if they're immortal.
A means might exist that would allow their kind to be restored, so the main three planned to use humanity to make this method work. The remaining two didn't agree and sought out a different path, hoping to find a solution before their kin brought ruin to humanity. I like to imagine that Aatrox turns the tide of conflicts solely to ensure the world always gets stronger and is never dominated by a single force. Then when humanity has reached a high enough level of power he'd go on a one man crusade and wipe out humanity, collecting their bodies and souls to create new darkin, leading to a revival of their kind.

Well if I extrapolate with a more selfish Aatrox, maybe this new darkin people will be subservient to him, and he'll be the lord of a new Runeterra. Perhaps he just wants to raise everything up to a level of unparalled strength where he can then kill them off and relish in their utter devestation and despair as he is left as the sole denizen in the world. shrugs
But yes, I definetly think there's tension among the remaining five darkin. Perhaps one of them might even be pro human or something. The possibilities are endless when talking about these guys since we only know that they exist and have wings.

Sharjo1 votesMaybe he was a long ass time ago, and believed their whole species was the pinnacle of existence, a master piece of form and culture. Driven to madness and despair he decided to make a masterpiece out of the people that succeeded his own, and works to raise humanity to become like the darkin once were, whatever that was like, or perhaps whatever he remembers them to be.
Now I'm picturing a scenario where of the three known to history, the two others are a dude who's all about Aatrox's plan, and another who's totally against it and is trying to figure ways to best them. Then the other two decided to peace out because they wanted no part of this. Maybe a loving couple who wanted to live in solitude for the rest of eternity.
Sod if I know, but hypothesizing is fun!

Painkiller9902 votesSo to clarify, Tryndamere is just a barbarian who was almost killed by Aatrox. Aatrox is also in Jax's splash art from the flames coming from the post, however I do not believe either of these are Darkin. I believe we have indirectly learned about 2 of the other Darkin. One of them could be the King who created the Shadow Isles, or had some influence in the situation (Read Hecarim's or Kalista's new lore) and the other one could be the Void. I have long since believed that the Void is a creature or being of some kind that corrupts or creates beings or creatures that thirst or crave something. However I'm not sure about Darkin being Void, just something I came up with.

This kind of reminds me of a discussion that i once had about the possibility that one of the darkins could be an imp who manipulates others with lies,causing nations to attack each other and so on.

MealReadytoEat2 votesKindred could very easily count as two, or it could be Pestilence. Classically, the Four horsemen were Conquest, War, Famine, and Death, but today Conquest is usually replaced with Pestilence in pop culture, even though it makes no theological sense.
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying," Come and see." And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer (Revelations 6:1-2, King James version.)
The first horsemen generally interpreted as a false religion or dogma and/or false but charismatic prophet sweeping across the world, championed by the public. Many of the descriptions of him partially match the description of Jesus in the final days (Like he wears a crown granted to him, rather than the many crowns taken by Jesus a bit further in Revelations.) Because of this it's often assumed referencing the anti-Christ.
This doesn't fit with Pestilence at all, and all historical (pre-1900's) references to disease among the four refers to the fourth, or all four non-specifically.
So yes, there's more or less 5 horsemen of the apocalypse in modern culture.

Also I'd say it is more likely that 4 shadow isles champs represent the 4 horsemen,as 
fits conquest(and a bit pestilence in the old lore),
fits war and 
fits death.
The only one missing would be famine,but one could argue that 
fills this role,since you can also see how he eats the souls in some animations.

That doesn't mean all Darkin look alike. But we have nothing to compare Aatrox to for "other" Darkin.
GreenLore1 votesYeah in the end Riot still has a lot of freedom when it comes to darkin design,its just that riot tries to fit different types of characters into the game with every champ and I think that if they want to explore the more typical demonic archetypes,then the darkin are the best place for these characters in the lore(as runeterras regular demons seem to be more different,similar to some older depiction of demons)

Vladimir strikes me as a Darkin. Not Vladimir himself, but the power that transfers itself from one host to another as we've seen in his lore. We have no idea how long that parasitic power has been moving from host to host, or its origin.
From Aatrox, we've seen that his sword absorbs the life energies of others, while also sacrificing Aatrox's own life force to deal more damage. Vladimir's kit seems like a more primitive version of a Darkin sword. I reckon it'd be a nice plot twist for a Darkin blade to be sentient, and that the power that possessed Vladimir was a Darkin 'blade' that was broken and freed, looking for a vessel to carry it.
