Who is good/bad in the PROJECT universe?

Now that these three new PROJECT skins are out, I've yet to understand who is good and who is bad...

Like... all along I thought Ashe was good, but by listening to Vayne's new VO, Ashe chose to stay under the cooperation of PROJECT, which is bad? But Vayne is hunting down Jhin who is rebelling from PROJECT, which I thought Vayne hates, while Vi hunts them both down?

Ashe is leading a rebellion, Vayne is a neutral party kinda. Jhin is def a baddy, as are Kat and Zed. The others all fall into good/neutral

katarina and zed are obviously on the good side yasuo is a damn traitor and joined ashe's band of rebels who struggle fruitlessly to retain the aspect of humanity which is ultimately useless

Ashe and Ekko are good

Jhin, Zed and Katarina are bad

rest is either good/neutral
