I'm not sure if there's anywhere I can find this information. If it's right in front of my face, please tell me where? I read all the lore when I first started playing but I completely forget which lores they revamped already, if they haven't done them all. Can you give me a list of the ones they've revamped, or just let me know if they're done with them all?
Stuff's being worked on but things are far from fixed. Currently you can go the the champion pages of Graves, Gangplank, Twisted Fate, Miss Fortune, Mordekaiser, Kalista, Karthus, Thresh, Hecarim, Kindred, Fiora, Poppy, Illaoi, Shen and Jhin all have lore in the modern style, and you can find the full lores for Taric, Diana, Pantheon, Leona and Aurelion Sol on the Mount Targon site; just search for Mount Targon in google and you'll find it.
Stuff in the near future will be lore updates for the cast of Shurima, that being Amumu, Azir, Cassiopeia, Nasus, Renekton, Rammus, Rek'Sai, Xerath, Sivir, Skarner and Ezreal, as well as updated lores for Bard, Ekko and Tahm Kench. There's also a new champion Taliyah who they put out a story for last week called The Bird and the Branch but she hasn't been revealed, though her lore should show up when she's revealed as it did with Aurelion Sol and Taric.
Basically things are coming along.

I'd say there's more things done that have been left undone. A list would be pretty long, just looking at Sharjo's post, and I don't think that's even all of them.
They are not finished yet, mostly Demacia and Noxus lore is far from being defined ( and just got some references in other pieces of lore ), plus now we don' t know what are Yordles, since the race as whole seems to have received a bigass rework ( for example now they age much slower) and so we don' t know exactly what happened to Bandle.
