In terms of champion relationships like garen and kat, who would be good for quinn?

Lets be honest, it depends on your Quinn characteristic. You can ship her with everyone you want.
For myself, I ship her with Talon or Vayne, but I'm far to lazy write the reasons why.
You mean relationship as in "they love each other" or as in "they are bitter rivals"?
In general I'd say that Talon would make a good rival for Quinn,but there isn't really much that would connect them in terms of love.
