Is Nocturne a True Darkin?

this may be a bit of a stretch but here goes.

if u look at kayn and compare him to nocturne they both are so similar.

i was think making darkin isnt a race or w/e but more of a living corruption and nocturne is the is corruption that turns you into darkin. in nocturnes lore he is said to be a nightmare but what if that nightmare isnt just a nightmare that kills but a test and if u can survive the nightmare you become corrupted with darkin energy.

did this make any sense?
