If you look at the left hand side of Kindred's login screen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVtvPXVysiE ) you can see two shadow figures. The one on the right if you slow down the video too .5 you can see a man that looks like Twisted Fate. Maybe this a reference to Bilgewater?

Note it is very hard to see b/c of the ripple effect. Here is a gif link (http://i.imgur.com/43LCr74.gifv ) too but it's not very good quality I highly recommend you watch it on YouTube in fullscreen?

Oh I see it. He's got a hat and there's an arm. That's pretty cool.

Just a theory.. in my opinion i think it has absolutely nothing to do with him and is just his tail.
