Janna Visual Update

Janna I'm asking about the condition of Janna because of the recent changes we've seen to champions like Sona and Miss Fortune. Janna is obviously in better condition than some champions, but it doesn't change that overall she is a bit dated, making her a solid candidate for a MTU. Her VFX and spell icons are aged and her model isn't in the greatest condition.

In my opinion, the biggest issue is her hair, which lacks movement and looks a lot like a troll doll. Janna is based around the concept of wind and breeziness, so it doesn't make sense that her model has one big clump of hair sticking completely straight up. Her hair looks great in her splash art and has a lot of movement there and I think it'd be nice to see that on her model too. Janna's dance also currently has an issue where her staff shakes all over the place, so it'd be nice to see adjustments there too.

Concerning gameplay, I think Janna is in a decent place. Even in the tank meta, she has a reasonable amount of play. I'd like a directional visual to appear for the entire team in order to show where her Q/Tornado goes, but I can't think of any major changes needed.

I'm really curious as to where Janna falls as a priority amongst other champions, and some input from others too. :)

Have you seen Janna's old model compared to her current one? Trust me, there are people who are in much more dire need of a VU. She could use an SFX update maybe.

I'd rather Mordekaiser, Taric, Urgot, Cho'gath, Evelynn, Anivia, Warwick, Poppy, Shaco and a few others I can't name off the top of my head get serious updates before Janna does. Cause they all look awful.

Sorry, I disagree. Janna should be one of the last people to get the VU'd.

The only reason why Gangplank got a second VU is because his gameplay was getting drastically changed. With that came new visuals and particle effects, and Riot just thought it was easier to start fresh with a new model and concept.

Trust me, if Ashe's model wasn't enough to facilitate her rework, she'd have gotten a second VU too.

In order for Janna to ever be considered for a VU, she'd have to get reworked from the ground up, and honestly, Janna's kit is perfectly fine the way it is.

If AP Janna ever becomes a thing again with no real way to keep her from cheesing outside of a kit rework, then you'll see her VU'd, but until that happens, you're just going to have to be very, very, very, VERY patient.

I think the most I'd want out of her right now is a new VO.

Something that should have been done with Kassadin and Miss Fortune.

I don't want her to get a visual update. She's fine as she is now. Will a new splash art, she will be in an unnatural pose facing the camera with a really awkward expression on her face and having her whole body covered.
