[CHAMPION LORE AND THEMATIC REWORK] Teemo, The Bandle Scoutmaster
ALL CONTENT IN THIS POST IS FINAL. MAY EDIT FOR FURTHER ERRORS THAT MIGHT BE SHOWN.
HEY! @IRON STYLUS! @KATEYKHAOS! I've been wondering what you guys have to say on lore, and I know this isn't an art post, but, could do you guys know about any other Riot Employees that would like to take a look at this and give their feedback? Your words are much appreciated! Almost spent a week on this, and I would love it so much if a Rioter would take a look at this! Thank you so much if you can help out! :)
(Note: All artwork goes to their respected owners.)
EDIT: January 18, 2015
Rereading my post for yesterday, I noticed that there were a bunch of inconsistencies with my original post! For starters, I decided to go with the Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder route to make Teemo a more impactful Yordle. However, rethinking my design, I remembered that Teemo actually intentionally put himself in solitude, thus shutting himself of from the rest of Yordle society and become something darker than his own self.
Thus, here is the re-edited post! It contains more backstory on how Teemo became a master scout, reactions from some of his Yordle companions, and a theory on how he became a merciless killer.
Props to CupcakeTrap for this suggestion!
EDIT: January 19, 2015
I've added a bunch of new content here! Including the dances, taunts, jokes, and interactions with other characters! I've also gone and done some editing for clarity! But, as always, let me know what you think!
EDIT: January 21, 2015
Champions need some sort of preview before they are announced, right?
I've updated the list to include a sample of what Teemo would be like when he would be re-released to the public! Also, included more animation descritpions and added some more art content to give you guys more aesthetically pleasing work! There's more stuff planned on the way, so stay tuned!!!
EDIT: January 22, 2015:
The penultimate update before I call this post done!
I've added some interactions for certain items so that buying certain things in the shop gives Teemo a unique quote. And, I gotta say, I think he has an quote for almost...every item. Not quite, though.
There's going to be one final update before I say farewell to this post, and I'll be moving on towards the next Lore and Thematic Rework! So, stay tuned!
EDIT: January 29, 2015:
THE FINAL UPDATE!
Added the final update, also, a small teaser towards the Next Champion Lore Rework! Thanks for all those that have followed this post and upvoted! See you the next Champion Rework!
League of Legends Lore. Hmm…Don’t you think it deserves a little fan service?
I’ve been playing League for a few years, and with all the texture and visual reworks on the rise, here’s to hoping Riot doesn’t forget one more rework: LORE. If there’s one thing about it, it’s a blanket of such great detail clouded by a mess of inconsistency. I’m not criticizing anything about the lore here! All the stories are great, such as the Downfall of Shurima and the Rise of the Freljord, but these stories could be more enjoyed if they had a slight bit of consistency towards it.
But, this doesn’t mean champions should just appear on the stage out of thin air! It’s kinda important to know who you’re fighting, to get a feel for the character and make him more meaningful in a fight. Gameplay-wise, I know that everyone just forgets it during the first four minutes of combat. But, if a certain fan of a certain character wants to learn more about them, Lore is a great detail that can make a character even more popular.
The pen is mightier than the sword, after all!
So, I’ve been taking a lot of time off and designing some concepts on to what champions could use better backstories. Some champions have a lot of very-well written histories, such as Lissandra, Xerath, and Azir. Other champions simply interest us due to their biographical information, such as the Discovery of Gnar or the Arrival of Vel’Koz. But, sadly, the older champions, such as Annie and Ryze, have been left in the dark with outdated biographies that are sometimes muddled and shrouded with inconsistent information. In the end, League of Legends lore tells many compelling stories, but that doesn’t mean all the product they put on there is final!
So, there’s a champion I’ve been eyeing a lot, and I think he deserves a proper lore rework! Teemo!
OMGWTFBBQ TEEMO?!?!?!?!?
Calm down, calm down! Let me explain! With the Yordle reworks going on, I decided to create some details of certain Yordle characters that have been left out in the dark for quite a while. Heimer and Trist got some nice details going for them, and frankly, with Teemo’s “popularity” (Wink, wink.), I think the Swift Scout deserves some love! As one of Bandle City’s biggest heroes, he deserves a bit of spit-shine on the old personality.
Well, without further ado, read on! I hope you all like my concept of Teemo’s redesigned lore, quotes, and other content Teemo-related! Thanks for reading! :D
Lore:
Sometimes, you’re bigger than what people say you are. No matter what, always fight to the end, and never let your friends down. EVER.
-Teemo
For Teemo, it was never the heat of battle that made him such a deadly opponent. The apex of his abilities shines greatly due to his determination to protect his friends and companions, not forgetting his unwavering devotion towards the Scout’s Code, a sacred form of law given to the Bandle Scoutmasters, renamed from the Scouts of The Mothership. A silent, calm individual, Teemo is a rare Yordle that prefers the company of his own solitude over the companionship of his own friends. However, this does not mean that he will abandon his friends when times go dark; instead, his willpower devotes his entire life towards facing the monsters no champion is brave enough to face.
As a Scoutmaster, Teemo is a master of the environment around him, as he blends in unnoticed into the harsh wildlife that surrounds him. But, it is his mastery of the Ajunta Poison, one of the deadliest toxins in Valoran that is capable of bringing an entire Noxian battalion to its knees, which makes Teemo an assassin to be reckoned with. However, as a Scoutmaster, Teemo is bound by his code to follow the laws and regulations that protect his kind from the maleficent forces that surround his kind. This, coupled with his unbreakable will, transforms Teemo from his simple Yordle self into becoming a force stronger that the powers of Demacia and Noxus combined.
Quite the contrary, Teemo is very friendly when it come towards his conversation skills. As a popular hero figure in Bandle City, he is the author of his famously published book “From the Mixed up Files of Scoutmaster Teemo: How I Learned To Stop Hating and Love The Jungle”, which details the chronicles of his scouting ventures in all of Runeterra. But, when comparing his popularity towards humans, he is respected as a warrior, but treated differently as a Yordle. Nevertheless, Teemo never lets his personal feelings get in the way in his sense of duty, and always places the needs of his companions before himself.
Then, why, after years of isolation, did Teemo conjure such a friendly persona as if he was living his entire life in Bandle City? Truth is, in fact, the only way he had earned the title Scoutmaster, was after he graduated from the Scouts of The Mothership. It was the final phase of his training: Ten grueling years in the forests and jungle, with nothing but a blowgun and a few darts. Simple as that, right? Wrong? No food, no water, no help of any kind, Teemo was left alone, like an animal, scavenging whatever he could to survive. Thus, after ten agonizing years of pain and torture, Teemo returned. But, when he appeared to the Yordle community, they saw only the persona of a cold-blooded killer. Teemo’s friendly persona had changed; not that it mattered to them. They were impressed at his feats, and awarded him every honor that they could come up with.
Teemo was a hero. A living legend among Yordles.
However, many people find it hard to see Teemo as a…regular person. In all of his accounted years of scouting, Teemo has never left a single enemy body alive, with the rare exception of some members of his own kin (Even so, he has been recorded as having more Yordle kills than any other assassin, warrior, or criminal that exists in the world.) On the battlefield, Teemo throws away his friendly persona, and becomes a merciless, ruthless killing assassin. Many Noxians have dubbed the little monster The Virulent Imp; Zaunites call him The Plague of Bandle City, while Demacians nickname him as The Yordle Mothership’s Merciless Devil. Even with all of these nicknames, Teemo keeps a steady persona of fear, never letting his personal emotions getting in the way of his performances on the battlefield.
But, with all of this killing, how could Teemo still be sane? Or, is it, underneath that combination of life and death, lies the embodiment of a ruined spirit, haunted by the memories of the deaths he had witnessed? It’s very hard to make out this persona, but one thing is certain. Teemo knows how to easily manipulate the Strings of Fate itself, and not even Karthus could fiddle with such lives so easily. By all, he is the perfect antihero; both living in the world of justice and companionship, yet, on the battlefield, becomes the silent apparition of the Angel of Death. For, the cries of every one of his fallen allies and enemies screamed in his ears, and Teemo could not close his ears to the suffering of the many. It only fueled the screams louder, and driven Teemo to the brink of insanity. But, he still continues on, with his blowgun in hand and mushrooms stored in his pack…
He never forgives. He never forgets his enemies. For, if not the silent chatter of the forests above, it will be the Ajunta Poison of Teemo’s dart’s that will bring death towards all who dare cross him...

Most people ask if I like the solitude. Truth is…I do.
But, out here in the jungle…Things are much louder than what they tend to be heard.
The soft crackle of the twigs alerts my ears, as they prick up in motion. Something’s coming, but what? I close my eyes as I perceive the upcoming threat. Another snap. This time, it was gentler, the slow crackle fading into the chirruping of the birds above. Yet, after a few seconds, I could sense the same sound coming closer towards me. Stop…then crackle. Stop…then crackle. Stop…then crackle. It was a sound I was accustomed to.
The sound of a predator.
Here I was, standing in the tall grass that shrouded my vision of the entire area. Yet, it was a natural camouflage against my approaching foe. My blowgun was grasped tightly around my right hand as I crouched down, my teeth clenched in apprehension, my body as still as a stone sentinel, my eyes rapidly darting from one place to another. The incessant clatter of the twigs was slowly creeping near the bush, as I heard the silent rustle of the grass. Very soon, I felt a sudden chill in the air; the apprehension of a sudden battle appearing ahead…
Heh, if I could laugh in the face of danger, it would start running as soon as it saw my little face. But, most creatures in the jungle are fierce, natural predators, waiting for the opportune chance to strike. It wasn’t easy surviving here, I could give you that much. But, for all it’s worth, it gives me the chance to test my skills to the limit. My friends are counting on me, no matter the cost, and who was I to back away from a challenge?
Holding the blowgun towards my mouth, I could taste the bitter spit that still lingered in the barrel on the tip of my tongue. A Yordle Snack, sweetened by sugar and…cherry. It reminded me of that treat I was able to snag on the Outskirts of Piltover, nearly escaping with my foot intact (The treat was actually set up by Caitlyn, who used it to bait Yordle Robbers into getting caught.). My eyes narrowed as the rustling came closer, the blades of grass slowly parting way towards my current location. A few more steps, and I would be standing face to face with my enemy. But, I was ready for him. My blowgun was loaded with my poison darts, carefully sharpened and filled with my Ajunta poison. One shot from this could send even a Noxian down on his knees, begging for his life.
The grass finally parted, as a burst of sunlight shining down on the brush quickly revealed my image towards my foe. Quickly looking up, I readied my blowgun, and started to fire…
Only to be stopped by a sad, little Poro, who whimpered as he jumped up to me, his eyes wide with fear and apprehension.
At this point, I found myself suddenly warming up towards the poor creature, as I put away my blowgun and started patting its fur. Normally, I don’t see Poros around here in the forests of Demacia, and this little one was no exception. I smiled as I scratched the Poro behind his ears, and began to murmur, “Well, well, well, little guy…Wonder how far you wandered off to?”
The Poro silently looked down, as it warmly nuzzled my face, quickly earning his trust. As his fur came closer, it touched my nose for a brief second, as I took a quick sniff, and felt the familiar scent of biscuits. Another treat, perhaps, maybe signifying an owner? I couldn’t tell, as my face suddenly scrunched up as I let out a loud sneeze. The noise reverberated throughout the forest, which scared the birds as they rapidly began to squawk, flying into the sky above. With that, the Poro slowly scuttled a few feet away from me, a shocked look gracing its face. My sneeze must have offended it, and as a precaution, it backed away, expecting for me to attack him.
But, my common sense knew better. Slowly walking up to the Poro once again, my hand found itself pulling out a Yordle snack, and slowly waving it in front of the Poro’s face. “Hey, now…Don’t be shy, little guy!” I quietly called out, “I won’t hurt you!” The Poro continued to look at me with a confused look, but one swift sniff of the treat made the Poro’s face instantly light up with a smile. In a second, the treat was devoured instantly by the Poro’s large tongue, as I pulled my hand back after it took the treat. Then, looking at me with an open mouth and tongue, he yipped as he suddenly darted out of the brush, leaves rustling as he blazed through the forest.
My lips pursed in thought as I quietly sat back down, fiddling with my blowgun as I began to ponder about that little Poro. You see, the forest isn’t naturally the little guy’s specific habitat. Those guys usually prefer colder climates; the thought of them living in a warm environment seemed a little off to me. However, the jungle does house some unusual life, and a Poro in the wrong place at the wrong time could spell trouble.
Just as I was about to close my eyes, I heard a shot reverberate through the forest. My ears perked as I stood alert, my eyes darting from side to side as I tried to find the source.
Then, my mind turned to one thought.
The Poro.
Jumping out of the bush, I raced across the forest, my boots squishing against the wet mud as I quickly traversed the sylvan ground. My heart was pounding through my chest as I began to hyperventilate, my mind racing with numerous thoughts as I went in deeper. Where did that shot come from, and what was its intention? I could barely keep a straight face as tried to keep a steady breath, only to keep panting heavily in tiredness.
As I ran, I heard the cries of the birds sing out in my ears. My eyes quickly darted to and fro, taking in each detail of the forest around me. Such nature could be comparable to that of the beauty of the jungle; especially the hidden bamboo forests of Kumungu. Indeed, both were wondrous places, yet, the jungle can be more heated than the tranquility of the forest. The jungle is where I crafted my weapons: a poison blowgun, Ajunta darts, and Ajunta mushrooms. These three items were the objects that defined my position as a scout; one single object on its own is just as deadly as three of them combined. Of course, the weapon was just a vessel for someone to take ahold of. Any Yordle could try to pick up my weapons and use them without any knowledge of its qualities. But, what makes me different out of all of the Commandos, Scientists, and even Gunners of Bandle City, is that if you place these weapons in my hands, I could bring down all the pirates in Bilgewater in just a fraction of a week. It’s not the weapon that defines the warrior; it’s the warrior behind the weapon that defines themselves.
I could feel myself getting closer to the scent of gunpowder, as my nostrils sniffed the air and found the pungent burn of sulfur blow in the air. Slowing my advance to a crawl, I came across an open field to where a grassy plain stretched as far as the horizon could muster. This must be the end of the forest, I thought to myself. My breath began to steady as I snuck into the tall brush at the edge of the boundary that was both the entry into the forest and the plains ahead.
Peeking through the brush, I took out my spyglass and slowly extended it towards a fourth of a Yordle’s arm’s length. The incessant clicks of the telescope as it locked into place was a familiar sound to me; I spent my whole life looking at the world through the lens of the looking glass. Holding it up to my right eye, I lay still as I looked at the sights through my scope, and I could see the lush foliage that surrounded the plain ahead. Long blades of grass provided a form of cover for the animals that would sneak across the open terrain; as for me, it was the perfect natural camouflage for me to conceal myself in. Other than the rustling of the grass, nothing really stood out to me.
But, then, I turned my head to the left, and I wasn’t at all pleased at what I saw.
There, atop one of the high rises of the plains, stood a Yordle Cannon Squad, as they began to fire a few shots in the forests. Their cannons roared with the blast that came with the shots, as the squad just simply laughed as they laid waste to an already beautiful place. My teeth gritted with anger as I discovered another sight. The Poro I found, was trembling as it sat in a cage, its frail little body shook with fear and apprehension. But, those guys didn’t care; they just kept on firing as they made themselves merry by doing target practice on a few innocent lives that barely caused any harm to them.
If there’s one thing I learned from the Scout’s Code; it’s that you never place the safety of others for your own personal gains. And, these guys were about to get a quick lesson about my Code.
Using the brush to my advantage, I silently strode along the silent threshes of grass as I snuck my way up towards the hilltop where the squad was stationed. I preferred a more silent approach as I snuck my way from behind; going on a frontal assault would just fill my face with Buster Shots, something I was hoping to avoid. If I was going to take out these guys, I’ll do it the right and proper way. The wind blew a chill air as I continued to crawl up from behind the plain. The squad just kept on firing, their joy increasing as they continued to desecrate the beauty of the forest. Heh, wait ‘til these guys get a fistful of my poison.
Suddenly, the firing stopped. My body dropped to the ground as my ears stood on end. Taking a deep breath, I lay in the ground in complete silence as I listened to the sounds above me. Voices. Then, I could hear the quick scuffle of equipment as the squad began to pack up and started walking down the hilltop.
Right in the direction where I was heading up the hilltop.
Now, my heart began pounding as I slowly breathed through my nostrils, trying to keep the flow of air to my body. I shut my eyes as the squad passed by me, their metal boots clanking on the hard dirt. My body was completely still as I let the grass hide my figure, as the squad passed me by with ease. Judging by the number of boots I heard, I made out four members.
Until the fifth one came up from right in front of me.
The fifth member had dropped a cannon ball in the thresh as it silently rolled right in front of my face, stopping as it was an inch away from colliding with my nose. I could barely control my nervousness as I saw the Yordle rush up to where the cannon ball was located. I had to do something, or else I could end up getting killed and let the bad guys get away with the destruction. I wasn’t willing to let that happen.
His hands slowly went up towards the cannon ball, as he quickly looked up to take a look at how far his friends had progressed. Taking this chance to strike, I brought him down by pulling both of his arms, bringing his body to the ground, and his head colliding with the iron of the cannon ball. His mouth was able to stifle a quick yelp, as my right hand went over his mouth, with both my arms trapping him in a silent chokehold. There was struggling. The scuffle of metal boots. Then…silence.
I quickly brought down his unconscious body as I quickly crouched up behind the remaining squad members. My predictions were correct, as four members were slowly walking away from the hilltop. My mind was racing as I took out my blowgun, and swiftly loaded four darts into the barrel. The incessant clatter of the boots as they began to grow farther away made me reload faster, as I began to crouch after them. My footsteps were muffled as I came so close towards their group, the wind breathing above my ears as I crouched beneath them.
Then, slowly rising from the bush, I put the blowgun to my lips and let out a sharp exhale of air. Then, another. Then, two more. The darts found their way into the skin of their necks as the poison began to enter their bodies. One by one, they fell to the ground, slowly slipping into unconsciousness. Fortunately, paralysis happens during the first few hours of the Ajunta. If I had fired more darts at them…
Let’s just say I would have rid the world of five small Yordles.
I walked up to their leader, who was carrying the cage that held the captured Poro. With one swift kick to the lock, the Poro burst out, happily licking my face as he thanked me for his rescue. Then, he just simply zipped off into the horizon, becoming a fading blemish to my eyes. Chuckling, I gave the Poro a little salute before turning back towards the unconscious squad members. Turning over a body, I noticed that one of the symbols on their uniforms was a Noxian Patch, roughly stitched on the left sleeve. Yordle Mercenaries.
I sighed in frustration as I quickly gathered the unconscious bodies, and tied them around a large cedar tree. I would have some of my squad-mates come and pick up the bodies sometime later, then bring them around for questioning. Life’s unfair to us Yordles; we rarely are treated and respected fairly as other beings in this world. Often, people just look down on us and see innocent little beings that they compare to children. But, it’s not about the size that makes a person strong. There are so many little things that can make a person stronger than even the fiercest of dragons: determination, willpower, friendship, unification…
Even solitude.
As I sit atop the hill among the grassy plains of Valoran, I watch the sun set as I reveled in its shrinking beauty. After it is gone, I’ll be back traveling the jungle again, this time under the cover of night. Yet, I think to myself, what is it that makes even the smallest Yordle the biggest hero of them all? Then, the answer came to me: Courage. Courage against those who would do wrong onto the people you love and cherish, courage to stand against the darkness when no other hero would do so, and it is the smallest amount of courage that saves the day. No matter your size, no matter your race, no matter where you come from, everyone is capable of being a hero.
But, what happens when trying to become the hero ends up you becoming a villain? How far do you have to fall to protect the ones you love?
An Excerpt from a Bandle City Live Interview: Teemo:
http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101207230558/leagueoflegends/images/f/f2/Bandle_City.jpg
Interviewer: “…So, I want to point to the subject that has become the popular debate over most of the cities in Valoran. Is it true that the Scouts of The Mothership are being reformed as the Bandle Scoutmasters, and if so, how will this overall change affect your position as one of Bandle City’s honored scouts?”
Teemo: “Well, for starters, I really don’t see much point of making such a big fuss about it. To your first question, the Scouts of The Mothership had been one of the ancestral names of Bandle City’s first espionage group, and I think that it was time it deserved a change to fit the more…mainstream ideas of this year. The second question…It doesn’t change much, really. I mean, in the end, people will still look up to me as the Swift Scout of Bandle City, and to my fellow comrades, I’m still the guy they can trust on.”
Interviewer: “And, your reputation makes it so, Teemo. It’s such an honor…but, people want to know more. So, I’m just going to ask a few more questions, if you don’t mind.”
Teemo: “laughs Well, I can’t promise you a straight answer, but, by all means, fire away!”
Interviewer: “What makes you able to cope with such long feats of solitude? From various accounts of your compatriots, all that loneliness can eventually drive a Yordle insane!”
Teemo: “Well, all I can tell you is this: it’s not easy. We Bandle Scouts are trained to handle these sorts of situations, and the time it takes to prepare ourselves for this sort of rigorous work is much shorter than you think. After we complete the final phases of our training, we’re sent around Runeterra to map out the uncharted places that no one even dares set foot on. With such tasks on our hands, it’s very hard to keep a good friend in hand when you need one. But, the solitude, once you get used to it, is actually quite calming. clears his throat Close your eyes, and just listen to the sounds around you. The flowing water, the incessant chatter of the birds, the cool wind blowing against your fur…It’s the gifts of life I hear in the silence.
Interviewer: “Wow. There you have it folks, Teemo’s secret to coping with long periods of solitude! I gotta say, you really are greater than people describe you to be!”
Teemo: “Aw, you’re making me blush…I’m not really THAT special! I mean, I was taught by a bunch of people, both Yordle and Human alike. I gotta owe it to them, they taught me everything they knew.”
Interviewer: “laughs as he turns a page Yes, yes, let me move on towards your friends on that statement! Hmm…Oh! This one looks like a popular one! Many reporters have said you’re busy striking up a relationship with the Bandle Gunner, Tristana! Are these reports accurate? Can we expect words about your relationship soon?
Teemo: “laughs nervously as the faint scratching of the head is heard Um…Well, I think I’ll…Er…It’s best not to comment on trivial comments such as those.”
Interviewer: “Hardly trivial, Mr. Teemo! the rustling of papers can be heard, possibly forged pictures of Teemo and Tristana These pictures reveal you two-“
Teemo: “Groans in irritation as he shoves the papers away Really!!! I don’t want to see those! You’re making me feel very uncomfortable right now!”
Interviewer: “Mr. Teemo, please, allow me to-“
Teemo: “Oh my goodness, look at the time! We’re almost finished!”
Interviewer: “What? When did we- pauses for a moment, to check the time Woah, folks! Sorry about that! We’ve got five minutes left! But, just in time for one more question! Mr. Teemo, as a longtime member of the Bandle City Scouts, you’ve been in a lot of action. But, everyone wants to know your journey to become a Scoutmaster! Especially, your trips in the wildest jungle of them all: Kumunugu! Tell me, what was your experience there?”
Teemo: “…He pauses, as if struck by a shocking revelation. The sudden subject of that horrid moment made his breath all raggedy and shaky”
Interviewer: “Um…Mr. Teemo, sir?”
Teemo: “abruptly stands up and pushes his chair out of the way I think I’m done with questions. This interview is over.”
Interviewer: “Wait, Mr. Teemo! I just want your quick thoughts on-“
END INTERVIEW
3 Weeks Later, after the Live Interview: Psychiatric Evaluation of The Scouts of The Mothership: Scoutmaster Teemo:
Yordle Therapist: “Therapy Session Number Three: Subject name is Teemo, Top Scoutmaster of the Bandle Scoutmasters, recently retconned from the The Scouts of The Mothership. Two days ago, the subject has been unresponsive towards most outside stimuli, and has been uncooperative with the tests provided. Recently, he has been prone to many various outbursts of random acts of violence, such as causing physical damage towards inanimate objects, prolonged stares at a blank wall, even unintelligible muttering, mostly relating to the casualties suffered during Teemo’s ten year trip to obtain his Scoutmaster title. During this session, we are going to utilize a different approach; we will attempt to show various objects that relate towards the event that happened three weeks ago, and the results of his behavior will be recorded for future use.”
Teemo: “heavy breathing could be heard in the background, and the silent rattle of the metal chair could be heard on the cold, white tiled floor, possibly his body shaking”
Therapist: “The test will now begin…shuffling of papers could be heard, as the therapist cleared his throat Hello, Teemo. How are you today?”
Teemo: “…”
Therapist: “Well, we will begin with something different this time. Are you ready to begin? Oh, please, move up a little bit, you’re too close to the-“
Teemo: “A piercing squeal could be heard as Teemo violently slid the chair across the marble floor. His breathing became more ragged as he began to intensify his breathing
Therapist: “Um…right. Well, I…Um…First picture. scuffles as he pulls up the first picture The Desert of Shurima. What do you see-“
Teemo: “Sand. Sun. Heat. Fire. Death. Burns.”
Therapist: “I see…Could it be that you’ve experienced a lot of scorching tan marks on your body? Is this why you keep scratching your fur?”
Teemo: “…”
Therapist: “sighs as he rummages around for more pictures Teemo, I can’t help you if you don’t-“
Teemoo: “Then, release me. Or, are you scared of what I’ll do when I get out of this room?”
Therapist: “T-Teemo…the loud scuffle of a chair sliding back could be heard screeching though the room We are not enemies here. I’m not trying to make you feel uncomfortable.”
Teemo: “Then, prove it. Ask me one final question. Because, that’s all you’re getting out of me.”
Therapist: “Right…Well…Okay. One last picture. He nervously slides his chair back to the front of the table… Well, this, I think should be the most impactful one. A paper could be heard sliding across the table…
Teemo: “…Suddenly, all movement stops all of a sudden. The picture was the Jungles of Kumunugu, where he first discovered and witnessed the Ajunta poison…His first experience with… MADNESS…
Therapist: “T-T-Teemo? I-Is something the-“
-In an instant, a loud scream is heard throughout the room, as the cries of the Therapist could be heard over the smashing of steel chairs and tables. A loud bang was heard, as we hear two other assistants try to restrain Teemo, as the situation entirely unfolds-
Teemo: “GODS DAMN YOU! DON’T MAKE ME GO BACK THERE! DON’T!!!"
Therapist: “I want him given another dose by the time he gets back into his room! Put him in a straightjacket if you have to! I don’t care, just get it done!"
END EVALUATION
Final Note: Subject has severely suffered massive trauma over prolonged periods of isolation. Mental strength gathered to survive alone has not been given a point of origin, but studies of the Ajunta toxin indicate high levels of hallucinogens and neurotoxins, giving said subject intense effects of nonexistent images and beings. Medicine will be continued to be administered to purge the toxin, but it will take years of therapy to correct the subject’s mental state. Under no circumstance should this subject be put under prolonged periods of solitude.
FINAL VERDICT: REMAIN UNDER WATCH UNTIL FURTHER APPROVAL.
Interview: Heimerdinger
on Teemo:
Teemo? Yes, yes, very good lad! Yet…quite paradoxical!
He’s as all young Yordles describe him as: A hero, one of Bandle City’s finest scouts, if I do say so myself! But, I fear for his own sake when he suddenly goes dark on our youth: shutting himself off from society will only encourage our young ones to follow his path, as tribute to their hero. Isolation: very unhealthy for us Yordles, yes. Quite complicated on how Young Teemo deals with this sort of pain. But, as do all great ideas and inventions, we must be able to experience the physical and mental challenges that come with the job. Teemo’s task was no easy feat: Ten years all by himself, and no one to talk to! That’s highly unethical, from my point of view!
Wherever he is, I do wish the poor lad doesn’t forget us. Especially the ones who tried to help cure him…
Interview: Rumble
on Teemo:
Teemo! Hah, always thought he was crazy!
I mean, did you see the look on his face after he returned from his ten-year trip? He was a changed Yordle, if you want my opinion, and the sparkle in his eyes…Those were the eyes of a killer, I know it! I don’t know what goes on Teemo’s mind, but, he’s biting off more than he could chew. Take it from me, he was always shooting for the best spot when he was in the Scouts, and now, he goes and shuts himself from everyone! Hah, no Yordle could survive a trip like that!
But, gotta hand it to him, he did the impossible, even if it meant giving up his entire sanity. But, a Yordle’s gotta know when enough is enough. We’re living in a world where we’re not respected and treated fairly like all the other guys who live here! And, Teemo thinks he’s going to give himself credit and become a hero by almost throwing his own life away? I don’t think that’s how you become a martyr; it’s how you become a psychopath.
Teemo’s gotta learn when to turn it down a notch. I mean…this is just too much for him…
Interview: Tristana
on Teemo:
You guys just don’t get it, do you?
He’s not doing this so he can prove a point! He didn’t shut himself off just so we can forget about him! He did it so he can be the hero that Bandle City deserves!
Right when he left, I marched straight up to his house and saw my first glimpse of him after ten long years. He’d changed, from that sweet little Yordle I knew, into a hero that everyone would be proud to call The Scoutmaster. You should have seen his face when he looked at me; his determination was unparalleled, stone-cold, as if he wasn’t willing to let anyone break his willpower! And, that look he gave me…It made me feel everything was going to be okay from now on…
Don’t you hate it when people look at you and all they see is the bad stuff about you? Well, I’m sick of all of this garbage you guys are throwing at Teemo! You see the children that swarm around him every day? They don’t see a monster! They see one of Bandle City’s finest scouts, standing right in front of them! You see the Scouts that salute their leader right as he passes by? They don’t see a psychopath! They see the man who will lead Bandle City to greatness!
Everyone’s bad, that’s the cold hard truth of it! But, that doesn’t mean we have to put the blame on someone else who just may be a little bit crazier than us! Teemo’s not all these things you describe him as; he’s more than you could imagine! He’s the Yordle that braved the dangers and explored the territories no Yordle could even dare set foot on! He’s the Yordle that looked into the face of Danger and roared right back, sending it running scared! And, best of all, Teemo’s the hero every Yordle in Bandle City and everywhere else in the world should be proud of!
Teemo…wherever you are…You’ll always be my hero. And to everyone else here…
Teemo’s Log: Supplemental:
Never again.
Why did I become a Scoutmaster? For years, the thoughts were so clear to me; I would stand as one of the Great Yordles of Bandle City, but now, when I look at myself, I only see a monster, a killer…
A freak of nature…
I could remember my responses to my commanders, as if I was back when I was training for my position, under the thundering rain of the Training Grounds. Yes, sir! Always ready, sir! Reporting for duty, sir! I’ll do my best, sir! Where’s the target, sir? But, no. No, it all fades to black, as I suddenly wake up, hanging for my life atop the frozen peaks of the Freljord, where I was freezing to death! Pretty soon, I was in the Deserts of Shurima, screaming as I burned in the sands, where the sun just laughed at me and just kept right on burning! I was alone, nowhere to go, nowhere to run, no place where I could scream for help.
AND. ALL. THE. WORLD. DID. WAS. WATCH.
The world doesn’t want to know how I suffered. No, all they need to know is that I survived, and that my actions have made me a legend among Yordles. They didn’t need to know how I drank my own urine and ate my own feces in order to survive. They didn’t need to know how I tore open the flesh of a slain boar, the blood dripping from my mouth, as I ripped apart the intestines as I feasted to sate my hunger. They didn’t need to know my first experience with the Ajunta Poison in the Jungles of Kumunugu; my screams howling with the birds of the jungle, the faces all laughing and screaming at me, my own mind ripping my insides apart…
They don’t need to know all that. They only want the hero.
Lots of people come up to me and praise my actions. Interviewers. Mages. Scientists. Young Scouts. Heimerdinger. Ziggs. Poppy. Rumble…
Trist…
A lot of people think of me as a really nice guy. To some, I’m a hero to them. But, in the end, I’m no hero. I’m not a legend, like all the great scouts that came before me. I’m just a survivor, like everyone else. And, life will still go on. Like it always does; every day, when the sun starts up on the horizon. There’s always a new dawn after every rise, and a new day awaits us all. It doesn’t matter if we’re Yordle, Human, or even a Poro. We’re all the same, under the same world, under the same sky.
And, I’ll still continue to live on. If not for me, but for the rest of my Yordle Brethren. If not for me, then for Rumble, who has ideas and rants bring a smile to my face every day. If not me, then for Heimerdinger, a Yordle scientist whose ideas are bigger than the body that he creates them from. If not for me, then for Poppy, a symbol of true Yordle justice, and the prime patriarch for many of our future Yordle brethren to come.
For the Scouts.
For Trist…
For Bandle City.

Bandle City Gazette: Issue #0342:
http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110825222906/leagueoflegends/images/6/62/JoJ27.jpg
On this glorious day, today marks a special occasion in Bandle City!
It all began with the creation of the Scouts of the Mothership, one of our finest scouting divisions among Yordles alike. However, the journey to becoming such a scout is not easy. The training is filled with peril, danger, and requires even the most stalwart of Yordles to sacrifice their entire life for the protection of their city. But, in the end, they are hailed as the elite; masters of stealth, prodigies in the art of assassination, and the finest scouting division Bandle City has to offer!
Teemo is such a scout.
When he first began his training here, it started off as most Yordles would begin; simple and clean. But, the masters saw something different on his arrival. One quoted, “He had on his face the look of a killer…no trainee in the camp would dare come close to him or even touch him. He was…the calmest student we’ve ever experienced.”
Calm is an understatement compared to the effort he was put through. For days and nights, the instructors put Teemo under the harshest of conditions; rigorous weather, many days and nights without food, and intense combat training until the rise of dawn. Many Yordles training to become a Scout of the Mothership quit due to almost losing themselves to insanity. But, not Teemo; through it all, he accomplished every single task the instructors threw at the young Yordle, and by the time the graduation ceremony came, Teemo was awarded the top student of his regiment. He was now ready to become a Scout of the Mothership.
There was one more task for the Yordle, however. A ten-year journey across the most treacherous terrain Runeterra has to offer.
But, after ten agonizing years, he returns, on this day! Crowds cheered as he walked across the streets of Bandle City, patrons rushing over to welcome back the young Scout from his trip! One viewer described the event, “It was a monumental occasion to witness! I mean…Can you believe it? Ten years! No other scout in Bandle City could survive that long! This is more than just a welcome home; it’s a message! It’s a message to everyone here in Runeterra: We Yordles are tougher than we look!”
More details of the event can be found on Page 47, located on the Interviews Column !

He’s back. And, he’s not sorry he kept you waiting.
Trained under the strict tutelage of the Bandle Scoutmasters, Teemo is one of the deadliest Yordle combatants ever to step foot on Summoner’s Rift. But, do not confuse his friendly tone just because he is a Yordle; out there on the battlefield, he knows not mercy; just the cold, harsh touch of death he delivers towards his enemies. Armed with his blowgun and a rare assortment of Ajunta, taken from the jungles of Kumunugu, Teemo lets his weapons speak for themselves, which are capable of dealing out blinding irritation, or if certain conditions arise, immediate death.
But, poison isn’t his greatest weapon; it is his mastery of stealth that makes him a terrible foe. No recorded soldier, mercenary, or assassin Teemo has killed throughout his years of scouting has ever detected the Yordle. Eyewitnesses say that whenever Teemo gets a job done, he leaves no survivors; even towards the innocuous of victims. All he leaves behind is a cold trail of death in his wake, and this Yordle scout is one of the most relentless killers ever to exist in Runeterra.
Arm yourselves well, my friends. For the jungle houses only one Yordle capable of killing you all: Teemo.
Become the merciless Scoutmaster of Bandle City for 585 RP or 1350 IP today, and wield the power of stealth and assassination against your enemies!

Back on the move, awaiting orders…

Don’t worry. Just tripped…
This is Teemo. Redeploying into the battle.
Taunt:
Teemo slides a finger on on his throat, and moves it across his neck, signifying to to the enemy he is ready to kill them. After that, he points a menacing finger at them, then beckons them to come at him.
When you want someone to create a problem, call a Noxian. When you want someone to notice a problem, call a Demacian. When you want someone to take action against a problem, call the Piltover Law Enforcement. But, if you want a problem fixed…You call me.
Oh, I may look cute on the outside, but on the inside…Well, let’s just say I’m not going to be sorry when I make these last few minutes of your life a nightmare…
Runt? Hardly. Devil? Hah, been called that. Scoutmaster who’s about to kick your sorry butt? Oh…yeah.
Tick, tock…You hear that? Death’s not knocking… I AM!
Oh, don’t worry about the other guys. You’re facing me, and I promise you, it’s not going to end well.
Taunt Against a Specific Champion:
Teemo looks down at the ground in rage, his fists clenching with fury. After a while, he angrily moves his fist away in a threatening motion and motions for the enemy to attack.
Taunt against
Sion:
You monster! I’ll make you pay for all the Yordle lives you’ve taken!
You want me? Here I am! Now, let’s finish this!
I don’t care if you’re living or dead, you’re still going to die!
Sion…you’ve fallen below yourself.
Death can’t stop you, but I can!
Taunt against
Rumble:
Don’t make this a bigger problem than it already is, Rumble.
Stand down, Rumble, or I’ll have to stop you!
Your ego is bigger than that suit you’re piloting, Rumble.
A Yordle Mechanic in a mechanized suit to kill! Take that away, and what are you?
Come on. Get out of that suit. Get down here and fight like a real Yordle…
Taunt against
Caitlyn: Stepping on a Yordle Trap:
Yow! Hey, Cait! We’re on the same side!
Can’t believe I fell for this again…
Grah, this is getting annoying…
Anyone..? Little help…? No…? Figures…
Oh, haha. Very funny, Sheriff.
Taunt against
Viktor:
Any ally of Zaun is an enemy to all Yordles!
Your experiments end here, Viktor.
Don’t think I’ll let you get away with your schemes, Viktor!
I’m shutting down your evolution, right here, right now!
Your toys aren’t enough against a Yordle Scoutmaster…
Taunting against
Darius:
Big axe, Darius. Try lifting it off your body once I knock you out with my darts.
Sorry, Darius, there’s not going to be a victory for Noxus today…
This is one Yordle you can’t kill, Darius!
Ain’t got time to bleed, Darius…
Dunkmaster? Heh, Scoutmaster’s better…
Jokes:
Teemo, putting a hand to his lips, paces around as he begins to contemplate a tough thought in his mind. After a while he stops, and looks down at the ground. Shaking his head in frustration, he throws his hands up in the air and shrugs, taking out his blowgun again and readies for battle.
The first day, people think of me as cute. The next hours later, they start getting apprehensive if they’ll get a dart in their backs. Heh. People sure need to re-define their definition of “cute”.
They called me a Demon. Well…I’ve been called worse, like Runt, Mouse, Guinea Pig…And, Hamster. Huh, Hamster…I kinda grew on that name.
There was this time when I spotted a Noxian caravan carrying a bunch of science experiments towards a Zaunite laboratory. I didn’t mess with the guys guarding the caravan. But, I did fiddle with one of the explosives stored in there…Hehe, I just love it when a few things go boom.
A Yordle and A Human walk into a- Okay, seriously? You call that a joke? How about this one? How do you try to figure out when a Yordle Scoutmaster is hit by an enormously large sword or axe? Figuring which side took the blade out of the two weapons.
I’ve told people a million times “Never underestimate the power of the Scout’s Code!” Not my problem if they end up with a bunch of Ajunta darts right up their butts!
Jokes towards a Specific Champion:
Teemo crosses his arms, and gives a short grin and winks.
If Teemo jokes near Tristana, he will act shocked and scratch his head in nervousness if he does it the first time or did not perform the joke near Tristana for a while. After that, Teemo's joke towards Tristana is him pointing both fingers at Tristana, and doing a wink near her.
Joking towards a
Ziggs:
Hey, Ziggs, light ‘em up, and see if those guys will explode…
You put the “act” into “action”, Ziggs..
No wonder they call you crazier than Corki…
Lotta people call you “Da Bomb”. Now, I can see why.
That’s…smokin’!
Joking towards a
Heimerdinger:
Hey, Doc, mind lending me one of your turrets? I’ll give you one of my mushrooms…
For the last time, Doc, no, I do not grow my mushrooms in my house.
Eh…What’s up, Doc?
I’d tell you a good chemistry joke, but the good ones “Argon’…Hehe…
Heimerdinger. 42. Go bonkers…
Joking towards a
Garen:
Okay, Garen, I get it… Demacia, woo-hoo…How ‘bout you show us Bandles some appreciation?
You guys like to carry big, freakishly huge swords around, do you?
Justice…Hmm, very nice choice of words.
Bet’cha can’t hit me with that sword, eh, Garen?
So…got a thing for Katarina, do ya, Garen?
Joking towards a
Poppy:
Let’s keep this fight fair and square, eh, Poppy?
You and me, Poppy. We’re the same. In terms of race, y’know…
Never thought I’d see the day when a Yordle is in heavy armor…
Thought you said this was a diplomatic solution! But, then again, you’d call it “aggressive negotiations”…
Keep on fighting, Poppy. Just be sure to take a break from wearing that huge armor now and then.
Joking towards a Tristana
:
Trist… I…Um…How’s it going?
Wow…Uh…Hi, Trist; I didn’t think you’d be here too...
Alright, Tristana, focus. Don’t get distracted…
(opposing Tristana) You don’t need to go easy on me, Trist… Show me what you got…”
(opposing Tristana) The gunner versus the Scoutmaster…Fair matchup.
Yes, Trist. That is a rocket in my pocket…
Huh, ammo for mushrooms? Well, Trist, I’ve got so many, I can’t count them…”

Special Interaction: Teemo’s Mixtape:
*Ever wondered how our little Yordle friends seems to be in a great mood when delivering the killing blow towards his foes? Simple: he listens to music. *
http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2012/150/e/8/lol_ipod___teemo_by_quiet_lamp-d51plxt.png
Every battle, Teemo carries a portable Hextech Music Player in his pocket, along with two perfectly durable earbuds that can sustain through any match. Whenever he just wants to listen to his jam, Teemo simply plugs in his earphones into the music player and places them in his ears. Then, switching through the tracks, he finds the perfect song to listen to while calmly strolling down Top Lane, infuriating Sion, Garen, and even Nasus alike. However, the beauty of this piece is that it just keeps on playing until the end of the match. Need to turn it off? No problem; just hit the handy Off Switch located on the right side of the music player, put away those earbuds, and enjoy the sounds of war with those Yordle ears!
Who said that battles needed to be dull for Teemo? With his own music player, he’s free to jam out to any tune he wants; anytime, anyday!
Teemo is one of those rare poster boy characters that gets a lot of attention on League of Legends (Both famous and infamous.). So, I thought it would be fitting for him to receive a special interaction for his time on League, and make him more unique from all the other Yordle characters! Thus, I came up with his own music player, and not only does it give him some unique interactions, but it can give him some customizability to offer towards players.
Looking back on some dances in League, I’ve noticed that most of them are just simple dance animations without any casual tunes. But, with the addition of Infernal Nasus (With his boombox), Tristana’s rework (Obvious military Yordle-fication of army songs), and Mafia Jinx (The Monogram), it wouldn’t hurt to have some dances with a catchy tune or a variety of awesome moves! Thus, I kept thinking, why not listen to your own tunes in game without having to open up some custom media software? As I expanded on the idea, I tried to figure out which champion would be best suited for this. Then, it came to me; Teemo would be the perfect candidate for this, since he’s always so (unusually) cheerfully happy when fighting his opponents! Also, it would give him some more noticeable qualities that make him more likeable, and would also help strengthen his friendly personality, on top of all that satanic blood and dismembered Champions.
So, here’s Teemo’s Special Dance Animations!
How the Mixtape Works:
1. Teemo’s file in the file library of “League of Legends” will contain a folder that will house the certain tunes for Teemo’s Mixtape. If people do not have music on their computer, the folder will have a list of default tracks that Teemo can listen to. Players can paste their custom music into this folder, and the music will play in Summoner’s Rift. There is no limit to the number of tracks you can place, so, listen to as much as you want!
2. Teemo can perform various dance moves when certain music is played. These dances are randomized if Teemo uses the default listing for his music. To simply activate the music, perform a dance taunt. Teemo will dance after a short animation, to which he activates his music recorder and starts jamming. The music will continue to play even when he goes out of his dance animation. To simply turn off the music, perform the dance animation again. The next time Teemo dances, it will continue towards the next song of the list. If all songs have been played, it will repeat the list over again.
3. Teemo can interact with certain champions with his dance moves. For example, Teemo’s music can be made global if he dances in front of an Infernal Nasus, friendly or enemy. The music player will amplify over the speakers, and all players can hear the tune. However, once Teemo moves from his dance animation, the music will stop, and all players except Teemo will not hear the music.
4. Certain music being played can deliver a unique icon on the heads up display. For example, if Teemo is playing Rock Music, there will be an icon that states “House of Rock” on the HUD. There are a variety of icons for a variety of music, such as Pop, Hip-Hop, Classical, Dubstep, Oldies, and more! If the genre of music cannot be determined, then there will be a default icon with the description (Tunes: Just jamming to My Music…).
5. The music player’s design will change if Teemo decides to use a different skin. For example, Astronaut Teemo has a built in music player in the spacesuit he is currently wearing. Super Teemo uses a vintage CD player, in which he slips a disk in instead of a tape. Default Teemo uses a Tape Recorder, the start of portable music devices. Can’t go wrong with the Tape Player! :D
Dance:
After turning on his music player, Teemo expertly busts a few moves on the dance floor! He performs a variety of dances if certain music is being played:
If Teemo is playing an Oldies or a Classic song, his dance animation will be Peter Quill’s dance from the introduction of the Marvel Film, Guardians of the Galaxy. (See link below for dance details.)
If Teemo is playing a Hip-Hop, Pop, or Dubstep song, Teemo will perform the dance moves from famous Dubstep Dancer WHZGUD, as he performs his dance to Skrillex – Cinema. (See link below for dance details.)
If Teemo is playing a Classical song, he will hold his blowgun like a baton and conduct like a simple orchestra conductor. (See link below for dance details.)
If Teemo is simply playing a song, he will casually fold his hands into his pockets and simply nod his head to the tune being played.
Special Interaction: Teemo’s Item Quotes:
Description:
http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/069/6/f/that_s_gotta_sting_by_pedro_ferreira-d5xl66c.jpg
Ever wonder what happens when Champions are selecting their items? Their own personal thoughts and feelings about certain items, such as the Deathfire Grasp (RIP), Infinity Edge, and the all-powerful Zhonya’s Hourglass? Well, Teemo isn’t afraid to deliver his own personal feelings on certain items he buys, and these quotes explain his experiences when dealing with the shopkeepers on Summoner’s Rift! From his first Health Potion to his Rabadon’s Deathcap, Teemo has something to say about his favorite items! (And, also the not so favorite ones. Y’know, those items that sit in the back of the corner of the shop, gathering dust. He’s got something to say about those too!)
This interaction is mainly intended to become a small, cosmetic feature for champions to come, just to encourage more diverse feelings about the champions. Besides, it would be interesting for all champions alike to talk about their complete builds. Also, some items are connected towards certain champions, and it would be great to get their own personal feelings on the content being offered in shop! Plus, it’s comedic relief when you hear certain items being bought that champions don’t like, then they start ranting on why they bought the stupid thing in the first place!
Without further ado, here’s some store quotes for Teemo!
Upon Entering the Store:
Well, well. Let’s see what they got in the Armory…
Hmm…That shop smell never gets old…
This guy really needs to clear out his place…

Oh, yeah. You keep making those offers I can’t refuse, and we’ll both be rich.

Buying Liandry’s Torment

No one cared who I was until I put on the mask…

We all hide under masks…What secrets do you hide under yours?
Who am I? Definitely Not Teemo…
I’ve been living behind masks so long, I don’t even know what a face is anymore…
Buying Zhonya’s Hourglass

I wish I could save time in a glass…The things that I would like to accomplish…
Time is money. Literally.
Make every small second count. Make it worth it.
Time’s the only constant in life. It’s sad that we choose to waste it…
Let’s go back one more time and show everyone what a Scoutmaster’s capable of…
Buying The Bloodthirstier

I’ve seen enough blood to know where this is going…
Blood: it no longer matters how it is spilt; I see it everywhere...
Their blood…Your blood…My blood.
We can’t wash the blood off of our hands…no matter how hard we try…
The cuts run deep…and they still pour fountains of blood in my soul…
Buying The Blade of The Ruined King
:
A king’s weapon is as only good as the king wielding it…
Nobility; Hmph. Never really cared for dead kings, anyway…
Even kings fall victim towards their own greed and desires…

Interactions: More Teemo Quotes:
Movement:
Swiftly…like the wind in the skies…
We Scouts respect the Code; its word is our only truth.
I walk among Yordles, but I stand against my enemies…
Go ahead, buddy. Make my day…
Size doesn’t mean anything…Especially when I’m standing over your corpse.
When in doubt, call a Scout…
I only care about the mission. Nothing more; nothing less.
Understood, HQ. Moving out.
This is Teemo. Reporting in.
Kill or be killed; it’s just the natural order of things.
Focus on the mission…
I wasn’t taught to feel…Only to follow orders.
I…I don’t want to….No, I must continue the mission!
Forward march…
For Bandle City, and for my friends…
Loneliness…it grows on you.
Be a hero alone; die a hero alone…
Did I ever tell you the definition…of insanity?
Insanity…doing the same thing over and over again, expecting things to change.
My enemies called me crazy. Fortunately, they’re dead.
There’s no honor in killing...
You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
My name is Teemo, and I am a Scout of Bandle City…
Passive: Camouflage:
Time for a sneak attack…
This should save me some time…
I never was here…
Without a trace…
They won’t find me…
Going silent…
Going dark, HQ…
Passive: Element of Surprise:
Now!
I have you now…
You can’t escape!
HQ, engaging target now!
Sorry, party’s over!
I’m back!
Knock, knock!
Attacking:
Enemy target spotted. Engaging now.
You’re all trapped in here with me…
Insane? I’ll teach you all the definition of insanity!
You’re pretty good…Pity I have to kill you.
If you’re not my ally…Then, die.
I have ninety-nine darts, but I only need one to kill YOU.
I’m done playing games…
The only peace you’ll find is in death…
I could shoot this dart at your head blindfolded…
Die…
Are you even trying to kill me?
Just stay down!
Sorry, it’s not personal. It’s just business.
You’re in my way...
How many people have I killed...
I don’t want to remember…the faces…
Obtaining First Blood:
HQ, first target confirmed dead. Call it in.
For Bandle City, and Valoran…
Nothing personal…
An easy kill. Hopefully, the others put up a better fight.
First catch of the day…
Kill confirmed.
Target eliminated.
Tertiary objective fulfilled. Continuing the mission.
Destroying a Turret/Inhibitor:
Secondary Objective confirmed destroyed…
No base for you now…
Structure demolished. Moving on to next objective.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall…
HQ, the structure is down.
Even the bigger things crumble…
Well, let’s keep moving!
Obtaining a Kill with Poison:
Told ya he’s not going anywhere…
Yeah. Writhe, and stay down.
How’d that taste, huh?
You won’t be getting up from that one.
Enjoy your insides burning up…
Patience…it can kill you.
Q Ability: Blinding Dart:
Firing!
Tagged him!
One shot, one kill!
Stick ‘em up!
He’s tagged!
W Ability: Move Quick:

W Ability: Move Quick: On Ability End:
Did I…lose them…?
Come on…stop chasing me…
They just…don’t know when to…quit.
I…I think I lost a few pounds.
Woah…Too much cupcakes there…
Getting…pretty tired…
Running…phew, I need a cupcake badly…
E Ability: Toxic Shot: Leveling Up:
Let’s keep the poison fresh…
Oh, they won’t be running this time…
I think I got the mixture right…
This should be enough to stop them…
Dead in their tracks…
Who said good-ol’ poison assassination is dead?
Bleh…this stuff actually tastes bad.
It’s unlucky that this poison doesn’t have an antidote. For them.
R Ability/Ultimate: Noxious Trap: Deploying:
Deploying mine!
Placing mushroom!
Primed, and ready!
HQ, priming charge!
Charge armed and ready to fire!
Mushroom activated. This’ll be a blast.
Mushroom primed and charged to explode.
Here comes the big one…
Bandle City says hi.
R Ability/Ultimate: Noxious Trap: Upon Detonation:
Fire in the hole…
Activating!
HQ, hit the trigger!
Kill switch activated!
Targets hit. Condition hindered.
Alright, direct hit!
Shut this operation down!
Hoo-Rah!
Taunt:
I’m the best there is at what I do… But, what I do… isn’t very nice.
You say I’m a monster? How about this; all these minions you send at me, all of these champions that get slaughtered at my hands; you could have just stopped all of this by not sending them to certain death. So, who’s the monster now?
Here’s what’s going to happen. I’m going to walk away, and you’re going to go home. And, when you get home, you’re going to think about the ones you love and how you managed to save them because you chose not to go down a certain road on a certain night. That you chose to walk into the light instead of into the darkness.
Only one of us is walking out of here alive. And, I’m pretty sure, it’s not going to be you.
Once I knew a guy that thought he could change the world through evil. I put a dart through his skull. Same thing will happen to you if you decide to try anything funny.
Jokes:
There are some people that are just too crazy to be dealt with. You know what Yordles do to enemies like that? They stuff them down a sack filled with heavy rocks and drown them in a river. All I’m saying is, we can learn a lot from Yordles.
Highly irregular is the time when I found a Noxian’s head mounted on a pike as it was paraded around Demacia. This is just odd.
Judge me by my size, do you? Heh, I get that all the time…
It’s better to die a Yordle Scoutmaster and be hated by everyone else than to die as a Yordle and have no one remember your name. Fame is the corrupted cousin of prestige, y’know…
The Scout’s Code is comprised of three hundred and seventeen rules and regulations that must be followed by all Scouts! Further disobedience to follow these rules is subject to immediate disqualification, incineration, and if circumstances apply, public execution! Yeah, just another wonderful day in the Scouts!
Death:
Hngh….No…I can’t…Ugh….
Argh…I…gotta finish…the mission…
No…Need to…Get up…
HQ…HQ…I’m…down…
Bwah…No…Can’t die…Yet…
Author’s Final Note:
Well, if you’ve come to the final page of this section, it means I’m finished with my ideas of how Teemo should be reworked! What do you think of the overall effort put into this concept? Any comments on what you like, or should be changed with Teemo? Leave a kind up vote or a comment if you’re interested in future lore reworks for certain champions! More action to come soon, such as suggested animations and other taunts, jokes, and dances!
Thanks for reading! See you all on the Fields of Justice, and remember!

NEXT TIME: ON CHAMPION LORE REWORKS:
Shh...there, there. You need not feel any more pain...The only difference between your suffering and mine is that mine has purpose. You...you were just a mere pawn in my game. But, even pawns have their uses and their own niceties for my ascension to greatness. You see; your death will bring about great change. Yes...even so, on your last dying breath.
Relax...Relax...The age of Zaun has arrived...
