Thresh, Kindred, and The Shadow Isles

Hey RIOT!

Had another question about the lore, since I love it so much, lol. In Thresh's lore--or new lore--it says that he takes the souls he reaps back to the Shadow Isles. What does he do with them there? Does he release them to become a part of the Shadow Isles? Do they transform or gain powers and become like other such characters like Kalista or Yorick? Do they have anything to do with the Black Mist?

Also, where does Kindred come into play here? I know that we're told that they are seen as rivals, being how Kindred are against the whole "not dying" thing, but that made me think. Thresh does still technically kill his victims, the only difference being that he takes their souls afterwards. What are Kindred's standpoint on that whole "soul" concept? Since the victim still died, wouldn't their goal still technically be completed?

Sorry for so many questions, I'm very deeply invested in the stories behind League of Legends. Hope you can shed some light for me!

I am quite aware that you want riot to answer this but the community can have just as much information as riot is allowed to answer. Thresh collects all of his souls he keeps in his lantern torturing their souls until the point that they've lost all of their hope in that point they just become part of the lantern.'a ether. My point of reference for this is reading the collection part of his lore . In regards to the whole soul thing I was going to refrain from speaking my thoughts on the issue as riot has not made any official stance is of it ( however I will make a point of reference as to win souls are mentioned in the champion spotlight as well as in kindreds lore it is implied that the souls are consumed or destroyed by either wolves Teeth or lambs arrow, there are spirits and ghosts walking around such as the ghost of the freyord) you are wrong about one point however thresh is capable and has killed people to collect souls , going off of how kindred feels when one of their marks are taken Most likely kindred would feel cheated as they lost a hunt
