What ever happened to Dragon Master Swain?
Riot said they were going to make it, but it's been like at least 3 years now. Did I miss something?

They're putting it off until after his VGU, which is still pending. However Reav3 is apparently doing an update on the VGU schedule soon so maybe with luck we will see him added.

To answer your question, I have no idea where DMS is at? Riot said they would make the skin. Every year goes by with new ultimate skins (Udyr, Sona, and now Lux) with Swain waiting on possibly the greatest skin concept.
