Some of his quotes suggests Tahm can travel through time.

To whom each of these are directed seems undetermined as of yet, but here are the ones I'm talking about.

"Time is but another river - and I care not what water I swim in." "Your strength is waning, General. 'course, I can help your slow times regress." "Time is just a river, boy, let me take you back where you belong." "Why not travel to when you were free from these doubts?"

Hm, interesting! He seems to be pretty darn powerful story-wise. I wonder if TF's ability to teleport will be rewritten to be related to this guy, given the similarities of their ults.

His snarky quotes also tease a riverfull of characterization for other champions.

I don't think he is implying literal time-travel, but metaphorical by removing the consequences wrought by time.

"Time is but another river - and I care not what water I swim in." Not entirely sure about this one. Perhaps he is simply suggesting the nature of their desires are irrelevant to his own.

"Your strength is waning, General. 'course, I can help your slow times regress." Sounds more like offering him youth than actual time travel. In a world of magic and monsters, restoring a body's physiological capabilities seems trivial for sufficiently powerful beings.

"Time is just a river, boy, let me take you back where you belong." To me, it sounds like Tahm is means to say that Gnar has no place in the present, because if things had progressed normally he would have been dead a long time ago. In other words, a subtle way of saying someone needs to die and Tahm would gladly grant them death's release.

"Why not travel to when you were free from these doubts?" I think this is best exemplified in Tahm's teaser, where he took the Gambler to a faraway land where his debts meant nothing, effectively removing the consequences of time.

He confirms Garen and Kat have a secret love, not just a fling an actual love that is identified by Tahm as their real Hunger

I think Kat's "Let me take you to him" refers to her missing father, not Garen

The two lines point to each other so obviously... in JoJ there was some stuff about Garen and Katarina. (also, spin2win)
