I did but im still not imprssed with the change to begin with. There is no reason they could not have used the chinese splash art which is better then both of them honestly.

This sounds rude, but honestly who cares. You don't buy a skin for it's splashart, and if you don't like it, you just tab out of the loading screen until the game is done loading.

It really doesn't matter in term of everything a skin is actually for.

Actually that couldn't be any more wrong, the splash art brings an atmosphere, a certain ambiance to it, and a possible brief story. If it lacked any of that, they could just get away with not making a splash art for any of the skins at all.

The fact of the matter is the majority of the skins are not ultimates and legendaries , which in that case most of the visual diversities would be in the Splash Art rather than the in-game model.
