All the things that Riot must update in the game
Apart from the outdated champions there are some more things that they havent updated yet, i dont mention the character selection page because that will be updated anyway,
1st The cursor, it looks like its from a 2001 strategy game

2nd the Summoner Profile page, although the client has been updated, that specific menu has been left the same, this old yellow rotten paper. The Masteries have been updated to fit the new client but the rest of the page is still the old outdated one
3rd The Rune system, it should get a similar update with the Masteries visually too

4th All these champions that still need either new models or visual updates, the champions that Riot updates are those that were made before Lulu including her, so far these here are the ones that did not had a VU yet
