#####Last entry for the quarter finals!

Today it's Sylas, one of the first champions in this year, against Senna, one of the last champions in this year.

In the first story, Shackles of Belief, Raiders from the Winter's Claw find the strange man Sylas from the South. He is ill-prepared for the cold of the North, and Scarmother Vrynna offers him a swift death. However, things change when he defeats her Iceborn warrior with his own power - perhaps he could be of use for them...

In the second story, The Voices of the Dead, Lucian and Senna arrive on an Ionian Island to answer the call of Anabal, another Sentinel of Light. They have to fight through the Black Mist to get to him, but what does it want? It seems like it is searching for something...

I liked seeing Senna and Lucian in the same story, but all we really got from it was "The Ruined King is Up To Something." Whereas Sylas' story gave us a bit more progression. It showed exactly what Sylas was up to and just how far he'll go in pursuit of his goals.

The dude's willing to freeze his butt half to death and then sell out his own homeland to foreign raiders to get allies. And he can steal the ice blessing from Shamanka Thorva. So we see the frankly ludicrous extent of his power and ruthlessness in a single story that also gives us more lore progression than Voices of the Dead. My vote, for once, is with Sylas.

This is easy Sylas' story is just better from a world building perspective (and it was cool af)
