Sharjo11 votesThe hell's stagnant about Festival Queen Anivia? Or Anivia skins in general? This'll be Anivia's seventh and it's been around a year and eight months since her last skin, which was a 750rp one. She's certainly not getting skins on a regular basis.
Also did you miss last patch, where Diana, Jhin and Talon, all with relatively small skin pools, got new skins of high quality?

There could be more, this could possibly just be the only one which was teased. I really do hope there is more, this skin looks awesome, and a whole skin line in this style would be really cool.

Sukishoo1 votesTrue, but sometimes they have surprised us with patches that contained a large number of high tier skins and then still a decent number after that. One patch in 2015 contained 10 skins (albeit 8 were 750s, one 975 and a 1350) and then the one that followed still had 2-3. So you never know XD
