The Yorick problem

Big Question to Riot team, So Shadow and Fortune came to a close and brought great story and few new pieces of lore. As we can see from the Harrowing and the new Bios there no zombies, only wraiths, specters and other incorporeal dudes and chicks. Guys, who were killed by the Black Mist were resurrected as ghosts but not as zombies. And that raises one pretty big question: «What will happen to Yorick, who is as zombie as a dead guy can be? » Are you going to give him a VU, which transforms him into a spirit or will you change his lore so he can stay as a zombie? Hope you can answer as soon as possible, Yours truly, №1 Yorick fan!

I usually go with unconventional lore takes, and for Yorick it was basically about him being a sort of hermit in the Shadow Isles, his task being to lay souls to rest wherever he can. However, when he has to face off against Shadow Isle entities he calls on the yet-buried to ally with him. His knowledge and arcane prowess in the matter allow him and his summoned allies incredible powers with each entity he calls to his side. But, when their time comes, he sets them to rest as his code dictates. Doubt that this will be the way Riot will do things (I have often been at odds with them lore-wise), so prepare yourself for more undead shtick because what else is there in the grimdarkness of the future?

I'd imagine that he and his undead minions will look similar to zombie

I think that while the Harrowing brings big waves of ghosts to corrupt humans, there are still lots of other species existing on Shadow Isles. If ghosts take not that much effort to be killed, ghouls raised by Yorick could be one of the strongest undead types who can survive being cut in half with a demacian sword, unlike their spectre brothers.
